Hey, thanks.
Well, this is my first time using this lamp, before I was under HPS.
So the info I'm giving you is based on what I've been able to gather here and there.
GERMINATION>SEEDING 20%
BEGINNING VEGETATION 40%
VEGETATION WELL UNDERWAY 60%
STRETCH 80%
FLOWERING 100%
20%=15cm
40 to 60%=30cm
80%=40cm
100%=50cm

Personally,
I did
germination 20%
1st to 3rd week 40%
3rd to 5th week 60%
and now I've just moved to 80% for the fifth week until the 7th I think, then from the 7th week to the end 100%.
I hope this helps you.
