No my friend, you cant grow this plant inside without a lamp. You can start them inside on a window sill for up to 6 weeks for photo period plants but they need either direct sun or direct light from a LED OR HPS or HOFL type light. Also your seedling from previous question is actually in flower and if you cut anything now you are cutting off parts of the plant that will produce flower. Its growing slowly cause its almost finished growing all together. Get a LED light if you wish to try this again and actually get a few Oz to smoke and not one joint that prob wont even get you high-lack of light = very low THC levels.
I see its an autoflower, u will need 12+ hours of light but prefered 16 or more. If the sun cant give that, it wont really work unless u put light to extend the time.
Yes if u have big windows catching enough light, and if u start in the correct month with enough hours of daylight for vegging, if its an photo u could top her now and then if she is stretching too much, and when she reached the prefered height u can darken herr to 12 hours of light to flower her. Best to do the darkening in mid summer, for maximun sun intensity

Your plant needs at least 14 hours of light, however, 18 light, 6 darkness is the optimal lighting schedule for cannabis in vegetative growth.
Her current schedule of 11 hours of light is barely sufficient to sustain life.
She will also need a much larger container for good root growth.
