And so it begins. Another week in the weed mines. They are starting to smell nice. Hint of banana in the nose. I was able to get the grow space much warmer by changing to a better heat source. Hoping this will help them bulk up and get them over the finish line a bit faster.
Plant B got some love at the start of this week - approx 2.5 qt/l total, made up of Dr. Earth Flower girl tea - 1 scoop flower girl in a quart of water, combined with banana peel water and about a tsp or two of molasses. Mixed to 2.5 l and applied in 2 sessions, 20 minutes apart. Top dressed with solids left over from flower girl tea. A got a top dress + watered in a couple days later. Pruned some inner leaves and small interior buds.
I had moved the lights closer after reading something somewhere about how close they “should” be in the stages. I started seeing light burn and light bleaching on these girls and on my cheese clone. It took me a few days to figure it out. So I raised the flower light all the way up and turned the veg light down to 60% on Sunday evening.
Yellow leaf tips and margins… what do you think? Nute burn? Light stress? Cold stress?
Will this eventually resolve if I leave it alone and let it work itself out? (Which is what I’m inclined to do)
Should I flush my plants or try some other intervention?
Looks like nute burn which has caused nute lockout, the bright yellow leaves tips through out the plant is usually a symptom along with the clawing of the leaf tips, deficiencies usually start on old lower leaves first and work upwards, I would flush for a day or maybe 2, then feed at half strength of what you was using, hope this helps :)
