Northern Lights (fem), Day 21. Proper growing begins now. LST all the way.
Did not top the plant, because she grew very vigorously as soon as I applied LST to her.
Northern Lights, a lot of LST is applied to her. She has typical large indica leaves. I try to keep them and tuck them down, until they get out of control and only defoliating when needed. I should have topped her, it requires too much LST and pruning.
Northern Lights, 2 weeks after switching to 12/12 she still stretches a lot in height, so trellis net had to be implemented. She got a little stressed in the process, but she is still vegetating a lot, still transitioning. I could have switched her back to 18 at this point, but she is growing vigorously enough to adapt to the new environment quickly.
3 weeks after 12/12, pre-flowering phase is over and first flowers begin to pop. Still stretching a lot.
Northern Lights is responding nicely to the Scrog/trellis net. Requires a lot of work to trim her and defoliate her from time to time. Would have been a lot less work if I had topped her earlier and start scrogging her from week 3.
Flowering week 4 (Day 70 from seed)
Northern lights is still stretching a lot, the trellis net is full of stalked branches. Canopy is not very even, but it's stalked. This plant could use even more light and space, but is currently blooming just under 240W QB LM 301b.

Long heavy colas, the net is full. The yield on this strain is already a monster. The smell is surprisingly lowkey, but when you take a leaf off, it smells like a very sweet fruit.

This will probably be my best harvest out of one plant. Amazing results already at the end of week 7. frost is coming nicely as well.
This is the perfect indoor strain. Very low-key sweet fruitty smell. It does not smell anything like weed.
I tried cloning in early on, but I couldn't root them at 65% humidity and gave up on it... my bad. I have enough experience to say without even smoking this bud yet that this is a keeper genetics for sure.

Grown on Green House Feeding Powders (Grow in Veg, HYBRIDS and PK Booster in Flowering + calmag for Coco)
Best nutrient line today. Easy and efficient. It saved me a lot of work when it comes to mixing solutions and watering Coco daily. I don't have to mix dozen of bottles, just 1 powder for veg and 2 for bloom.
You can see the results and the plant still has about 2 weeks to go.

The plant was drying for 6 days in a dark cool room. 2 weeks into curing with Boveda 62%.
On scale - 450 grams of quality buds, 32 grams of smaller buds. And about 100 grams is already smoked.
The trimmed material is also resinous and almost filled up a 5 liter jar.

@LuckSackGrows, yea, they are quantums, built with Samsung diodes. I have the smallest version, P1000. It's still the best light for veg, but does a good job all around. Good luck growmie
