JinksyGrows Hey there.... Surprise! Been a dog's age folks and I definitely missed ya. Needed to take a break there as things were starting to feel like a chore. I was told from the beginning that if I don't enjoy what I'm doing, it's maybe time to re-visit what my priorities are. I've done that, and I feel I can confidently come back for a single diary and actually enjoy doing it. **This Diary will not touch any competitions or contests. Strictly for fun and to showcase my first run with GreenBuzz Organics🙌. Dates may not be perfect either, but I'll do my best! So.... The Deets!: (You miss reading novels? Here we go, lol) The Good: - Decent start. Ignore the strain count above. I actually germinated x3 LemonGrasses and x3 BlueBerry Muffins and went 100% with all 6. I list only x2 and x2 for each in this diary because that's all I plan on keeping of the OG six. The Bad: - No Bad yet. These entries are pre-dated and the girls are end of week 3. Things get hairy in early week 2 with problems starting late week one. The 'Meh': - Little Prop tent is a pain in the ass. We're done here and I won't be using it anymore. Simplifying and going back to just tray and dome set up to mitigate heat and RH more efficiently. Small spaces just don't acclimate well for me since all the equipment I have to control the environment, are tailored for larger units and simply don't function well in such a small space. NO MORE!!! - Started with Coco and I already regret it. Wanted to try something new but can't dial in. More info in Week one and two. Notes of the Week: - Yo! So I'm a super lucky guy (again) and I definitely don't take it for granted. @GreenBuzzLiquids has generously sent my the full meal deal. Their entire full line on top of some wicked swag and everything I feel I will need to have a successful run here. I'm on my learning curve horse again and feeling real good about this one👊 - I haven't been on here for awhile, and missed documenting 3 previous grows, two really good, and one that was absolute dog shit. Win some and lose some I suppose. - Started germination in a Soak with Canna Rhizotonic to soften their shells, then moved to PT and finally Coco. Wanted to try something new and see if I had more control with coco vs soils and super soils (didn't go well, hahaha) I think I'll leave it there! I'll have week one up pretty soon here and will hopefully catch up to present day in no time. A special thank you and hello to all of you again. Looking forward to sharing this run and again, real lucky to have access to top line nutes, genetics and gear. Not really sure how I got here, but I'm immensely grateful for your support and love throughout this little journey. Almost two years ago, to the day, I joined GD not knowing what the hell I was doing. Every step felt daunting until I got on here and met some key people, especially @Mrs_Larimar, whom I still consider my OG mentor. People like her keep the message going, and my job now is to continue that message to community newcomers. I try my best, but Larimar is un-paralleled.
