Lxcente For anyone who has been following along, I had to delete the first week of vegetation because I was not happy with the growth of the plant through almost 2 weeks. It would be best to start from scratch. So that's what I'm gonna do but keep the same Diary. Wish me luck!

Lxcente Start of my second grow!
I want to try General Hydroponics nutrients for this grow and see how it turns out
Ive already noticed that this strain is growing bigger than my OG Kush strain during their first week of veg.
Just added a few drops of CalMag, I don't want to be too aggressive with it

Lxcente She is growing nicely! So much easier to grow in a closet than outside in the shed haha. I must say, I do see differences between this strain and my OG kush. This looks like its gonna be less bushy. The General Hydroponics Nutrients are doing a great job so far and the plant seems to be doing just fine. Happy growing!

Lxcente She's growing nicely, haven't ran into any problems so far. I want to get the equipment so I can start reading EC and ppm for better results. I'm honestly surprised that the plant is not bigger than what it is. I hope I'm giving it enough water when I feed it. Happy growing!

Lxcente The plant was really droopy after these pictures I took and I've been spending the entire week trying to get them back to being happy. I think I was over watering so I turned off the lights for a few days and let the soil dry out and now she's happy again heading into the 5th week. I'm gonna have to add another week of veg to make up for this stunted growth.

Lxcente Starting to do some LST for the first time! Any tips relating to that would be much appreciated! Also, topped down to the 3rd node. Plant is definitely making a good recover since last week. I also added an irrigation system into the tent and I am trying to figure out a better way to spread around the water because the piece I am using that is attached to the little tubing requires water being pushed through the top of it at a higher pressure, so it just drips out of the top and doesn't spread the soil.

Lxcente Not sure if I should be stress training going into flowering but I couldn't start earlier due to the plants condition a few weeks ago. I'm having a hard time figuring out how much water I should give in and I don't want to give it any deficiency or excess of nutrients. My LED lights have also been way too hot, but there's nothing I can do about it.

Lxcente The stress training has made a huge difference on the form of the canopy so I have a feeling the bud sites are gonna be much more developed compared to my first grow and I should have a bit of a better yield hopefully. I wish I could've made everything more level in terms of height, but I started stress training too late and I didn't want to do any training during flowering so I didn't get a chance to bend down the highest cola's. She's starting to drink water at an expected rate and I've now been watering her on a daily basis. I did expect there to be more bud growth but it hasn't been in the most ideal environment recently. Just gotta be patient!

Lxcente Buds are really looking nice! The weather has been super cold outside but the box I have the tent in is doing a really nice job at keeping everything warm.

Lxcente Just been doing the same thing as usual! No problems have come up besides this green stuff that is growing in my water reservoir which I assume is just an algae of some kind. Is this common? How do I avoid this from growing in the water? Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Lxcente I can't believe how big the the bud is on this plant. The difference between this grow and my first is insane and I'm really proud with the results so far. There was one day where I forgot to replace the humidifier and the plant got super dried out and droopy but I fixed it asap.

Lxcente This is gonna be the last week of flowering for this beauty! Nice and milky trichomes with a bit of amber to it. Love to see it. I can't wait to see how it turns out after the drying and curing process! Ill keep everybody updated in the coming weeks.
Could be smoked during the day or at night. It's nice for the day because you can till do things without being too stoned. Smells very nice, kinda like a sweet fruit or something and tastes great. Been getting a ton of kief from the buds and the kief melts when I light it in my bowls and it almost looks like shatter when its in this state. Gets me super stoned. It was an easy strain to grow and I didn't have any problems with it at all.

Lxcente I followed the recommended grow cycle on the general hydroponics website and the plant was actually ready prior to the schedule being complete so I was not able to flush it prior to harvesting.
She does seem a bit small imo. I suggest you raise that humidity to around 55% and give her more light. I personally got a 300W light and I put it 60cm away from the canopy. With 150W, you should be safe at 45-50cm at least. Happy growing!
@Lxcente, I'm not sure to understand? 40,000 lux is well enough, RQS suggests 15,000 – 50,000 lux for vegetative growth. DM me if you want to discuss it more 😉
@GrowmieDeLaStreet, Okay so, I just got the lux reader in the mail and when I put my LED lights to 100% power, it was just able to reach 40,000 lux and I even elevated the plant as close as I possibly could (light was roughly 1.5 feet from canopy). And because the lights are at 100% power, the temperature has been raising past 77 degrees. Is my grow tent just too small?
About your interogations, coco coir should be watered at least once a day, always with nutrients and always untill you get 10-20% (of what you are putting in) of runoff. Following the feeding chart at 50% of recommended dose is a good place to start.
@sativaman, I have been trying to water it once per day with about 10-20% runoff but sometimes my meter would say the soil is still moist so I end up having to wait a few days before I am able to water it again without the plant being overwatered if that makes sense
