Well big week for growth here in the tent. These ladies shot up. But they do seam overwatered as I saw some slight mag deficiencies from the looks of it and the gnats have made their way out. Yellow sticky traps to cut down the numbers as much as I can and a valuable lesson in proper watering. Also my very first time practicing LST. Took my time and created a leverage point at the base of the stem with coated wire and file clips. Gently worked the stem to loosen it and start bending it over. Moved flowering sites apart and tucked fan leaves.
@Valmont505, it’s for gnat control. I am all organic and it tends to happen. Most likely from the substrate/watering. They are just sticky pads. The gnats are drawn to the yellow color and then get stuck.
