The mimosa cake got some twisty leaves but is growing good. Think I had the same thing happen with my weeding cheesecake last run and then it just kinda came right out of it once she started to flower.
Had some really close jumbled up growth on both plants. Whenever I would move the leaves around, in spots that lie on top of one another there would be moisture. So I decided to do some defoliation and tie the branches down best I could since they're still short.
Also drilled a bunch of holes in the pots to help the soil dry out a little better and I now have the fresh air intake fan blowing right at those holes.
I've done quite a bit of training on these plants for being an auto flower newb. From topping to defoliation and lst, but I noticed preflowers on both plants today. Don't think I'll do anymore training other then moving branches around from here on out.
Into week 6 and the forbidden runtz is Doin good. The mimosa cake is a little slower to get going. Think when I grow her again i won't top, made her way too bushy.
Onto day 47 and the mimosa cake is lookin awesome today. I switched from 24hrs of light to 18/6 and upped the nutrient a bit and bam.
Coming up on the end of week 6 and while I have no issues with photos, I'm definetly a newb when it comes to autoflowers. I think I was getting some light stress on the forbidden runtz so I raised the light up, see if that helps. And the mimosa cake I just don't know. I've done run off tests and slurry tests. Everything is as it should be as far as that goes. If she would stretch out some I think I'd be good. Idk 😕
I had quite an unfortunate accident with the mimosa cake. I was trying to Tye her back to open it up some so the lower buds could get more light, and Friggin split her in half bad. The stress was to much and she yellowed and wasn't gonna make it so I put her out of my misery. Next run I'll do right by the mimosa cake.
