Critical Mango / Silent Seeds

I’m sorry guys but I didn’t take any pictures at the beginning which is quite stupid because this plant had a mutation, Whorled phyllotaxy, that caused the plant to stop growing until I topped her on the first node giving birth to a trained plant with 5 main stems straight from the first node. Phyllotaxy is the botanical term for the arrangement of leaves on a plant stem. The basic leaf arrangements are opposite and alternate (also known as a spiral). In the case of opposite phyllotaxy, two leaves originate from the same position on the stem, while in alternate phyllotaxy each leaf originates from a unique point on the stem. Whorled phyllotaxy is an interesting variant where several leaves arise from the same point on the stem. What a luck eh😎 This is my proper indoor grow after lots of experiments when I was still a teenager, I tried to grow with fluorescent light White Widow, California Orange Bud and some German Landrace, I have to say that the vegetative phase end up pretty good and I finished them in my terrace outdoor. 🤣

Impressive guys, is outstanding the root growth, this little pot of 1,5L only lasted 3 days, was already root bound and I had to moved them to the final pot, as you can see I left quite a lot of space for the future top dressing. She looks slightly smaller then the wedding cake even if she started bigger and stronger but the early topping slow down her a lot. She’ll recovery I am sure. Enjoy fellow growers. ♥️☮️

To me the ladies always look so small but they grow at an impressive pace. I’m in love with those nutrients, is my first full organic grow and Guanokalong is impressive, I never seen a similar root development, I transplant the plant from a 0,5L pot to a 1,5l and in 3 day I moved them again to the final 20L Plastic pot because already clogged. As my first grow I’ve been trying the scrog technique putting the net on and off, I have to say that this playing around made the plant receive the right amount of light and is growing flat and wide. Enjoy the grow fellow growers and please have a look at my other diary.

From week 4 is an emotion every time I open the grow tent, they grow so fast now that is impossible to stop looking at them for hours. Enjoy my grow fellow growers ☮️💪🏼😎

This is their final week of vegetative stage, the time has run so fast and they grew so vigorous and strong with a main stem large like a clipper, I’m going to flip them into flowering on day 39 after 36 hours of straight light cycle to make them bounce back from the lollipop I also top dress with some algae powder to reduce the stress, to be honest, she didn’t even care 😎 Thank you so much Guano Kalong for your amazing products, I couldn’t ask something better, slightly pricy at my local supply but definitely worth it. The time has come, here we are into the first couple of days of flowering, slightly upset because I can’t look at them during the day and their light cycle runs at night but I have to get used to, I used to spend hours staring at them. My Gf told me to get for a second into the feeling of the plants and imagine this human look at me for hours 🤣🤣 I have to admit that would be slightly creepy and they don’t know yet that I’ll chop them down and smoke ☠️ Enjoy fellow growers ☮️✌️🏼😎

I will leave the girls alone for another two weeks with no defoliation until the stretch will slow down. The first sign of buds starts to appear in both strains. Today day 10th of flowering I added 1 cup each pot of palm ash tree from guano along. Let's see how they react.

The buds are becoming every day bigger and hairy and some trichomes starting to develop quite nice. The Smell is not so strong at the moment perfectly manageable by the carbon filter. I'm gonna flush with 20 l at 1.2 EC and ph 6.6 and letting her dry for 5 days and then ill give her a boost of 1.8 EC so that lots of oxygen goes to the roots.

Some sign of deficiency start to appear but is normal as the plant is getting closing to her final weeks of flowering, nice smell and lots of trichomes all over the buds and sugar leaves. i started the flushing with only PH water (I use organic apple cider vinegar made by me to lower the PH of my tap water) I want only the best for my beauty.

I was expecting a lot more on the harvest but the plant kept quite short and the buds didn't swell as expected, overall the buds are covered with a thick layer of trichomes and the smell is really pleasant, I cant wait to cure it and try the flavour. I made a good spliff out of the resin stuck on the clippers and the stone is quite strong with a clear mind and an amazing body feeling that make you relax without feeling stuck on the sofa.
