Her long stems of leaves looked strange, almost like heavily missing light on week 2 of flower, but stem was not stretching ...
Had some similar anomalies with plants when silica and nitrogen was too high for that period or too much....
On 3rd week of flower you bumped into something too ...
Maybe just bad phenotype ...

Peroxide and soda bath for nugs, think it's White powdery mildew , would clean all area too..

Yes thats mildew. Buds not really affected, just a bottom leaves and some small buds, so all good 🌴👊
