Hey man, don’t know if it was a good idea to transplant so late in flower anyhow. But you got to do it... do you have the kelp extract from biobizz? You should use that it will help lots!

You can top autos without having any problems usually....but since you mentioned already stressing them out , and now they're in an outdoor environment the traditional xmas tree style handles natural sunlight very good without having to top. Just let them get as much light as possible and they should do well without any training. Good luck with these wild outdoor women. 😁

Laszlo So as topping was the best decision on my Gorillas i decided not to experiment to much and topped em all. They are doing so well! My autos are all flowering now and they are huge! I love to see them getting bigger every day! I gave them a selfmade cocktail of dry cow-shit and water. They love it!

Laszlo Week 7 was a weather desaster. It was cold, stormy, no real sun light at all, it was raining all day but my plants did well because of the greenhouse. The buds are developing nicely. Hopefully the next week is sunny and warm so they can explode! Bought myself BioBizz Bloom because i was told its the best natural nutrient. Seems to work well so far. My little purples are getting bigger and stronger every day.

Laszlo Week 8 was awesome. Buds are developing well. The smell is great (btw. Cheese really has a certain aroma that cant be defined. Cheese comes close to describe it) Topped the Gorillas a while ago because the effect is awesome and they still got a long time to go. The lower leafs are turning yellow somehow. I gonna post some newer pics soon. I think its because of the heat and a bit too less water :( Never mind. They still look awesome. BioBizz Bloom was worth the money. Im totally impressed how strong they grow after using it.

It’s really up to you. Topping now would be fine if you want. I agree that you have longer than 2 months to go. Have fun!

@DudeGrowsWeed,Thanks for your advise mates! I have a little shed in my garden where i could try to force flowering. Does only the directly burning sunlight matter or the whole lighting?
DudeGrowsWeed
DudeGrowsWeed commented8y ago
@Laszlo,Indirect lighting does matter. You need 12 hours of darkness. But outdoors flowering seemed to start with around 10 hours of darkness for me last year.
ShaggyGrower
ShaggyGrower commented8y ago
@Laszlo, whole lighting as well. They need darkness, ie, no light from any source. So, time to sew up some blackout curtains for your shed! :)

@Laszlo Hi there! TOPping, FIMing, and applying LST techniques will dramatically increase your yield, I highly recommend to try at least one of these methods to make yourself an opinion. Be warned that this may slow down the growth process for a couple of days, enlarging your initial calendar. Also, note that topped/fimed plants could be more sensitive to the wind, because of the number of colas to develop and the new structure of the plant, stems could be weaker than if you let the main cola grow naturally. But I noticed you already protected your grow area from the wind so this shouldn't be a problem. Finally, as mentioned by @ShaggyGrower, having too-close colas can lead to mold issues, especially for outdoor environments. To resume, I'd recommend to try, experiment, improve your skills, see how it goes, and next time you'll know what to do based on your own experience. Hope this helps, I'll be around, keep us up-to-date and happy growing! 👊

These are going to yield so poorly, sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but that's some big facts. I wouldn't even defoliate those. Auto's NEED 18hrs of light MINIMUM to be productive enough to produce anything other than leafy, airy bullshit rat turd nugs. It needs all the leaves it grows. As stated previously, topping it will 100% stunt growth for several days, and these autos run on a time clock. You're veg period is pretty much over, far too late to top. Not sure why so many people are saying to top a 4wk old AUTOFLOWER thats under like 13hrs max of indirect sunlight. Must be amature hour lolol

Laszlo commented8y ago
@PisBaked,Hey my friend :) I do understand your opinion but as you can read it is an automatic grow with 3×fem as an experiment :) as i said the autos will be completely untouched. All i asked about these training methods is for the 3 × Royal Gorilla feminised (the right ones in the pictures). But still thank you for taking the time to write an article for me :) have a nice day!

@Laszlo,sämlinge am Besten immer in einen einzeltopf setzen , die Gefahr daß dubeim umtopfen die wurzeln verletz ist sehr hoch wenn sie zusammen sind. ansonsten viel spass

@Laszlo, as you're in a greenhouse, i would recommend to top them, OR train them so they do not grow too high.. Maybe just a good supercropping before flowering. You have to remind that after the flowering start, she will get twice bigger or may be more in only two or three weeks ! Viel glück mein freund !
