Definitely foxtailing if you can't raise the light I believe the height this should be is 30in in flower I would definitely dim it down What distance and % are you running it at currently ??

Well still new to this site don’t know how to respond individually lol but I’m at 75% now was 100% and top buds are light 13 inches away I tied some down, I’ll have to try to find a way to raise the light. Thanks guys!!

You can direct message someone using the little paper airplane on the bottom right corner of this site. it will glow green and bounce when you have a new message. Just copy and paste the user you with the chat with. Good work on bending some of the plants down that will help a bit.
