Hey man I would not recommend trimming at all during the flowering stage this should all be done in veg, if you try some lite lst to get the airflow in there more that should be fine and you can also tuck the leaves to promote light to the colas/bud sites ✌️🌱 looking nice man doing a good job

Check my plants out. It's not for everyone. My first try with heavy defoilation 3 weeks into flower. No shit I've notice really good bud fattening over last 5 day(update photos tomorrow) it's definitely riskier than not defoliating but I've seen good results. Cannabis plants only produce so many leaves to store energy when in wild for survival purposes. You give your plants everything they need already. So no real reason to store nutrients and such. Just my opinion and I'm sure plenty disagree with me. Better to experiment yourself. Good luck buddy

You could harm flower with excessive spraying under light, I ruined not one of my gardens that way ... And neem oil never worked for me ....

If many white dots, take damaged leave off turn around and look for movement, you could spot thrips, some people need loop/magnifying glass. Best advice - natural predators, but I value taste. I don't see big issues in newest week, so I guess it was false alarm. Sticky traps not only prevents from infestation, but shows if one is starting. Loads of victims - get worry !!! Good luck !! Really nice girls !!!
