Phantom Cookies Domina by Garden of Green
Granddaddy Purple x Cherry Pie x B. Domina
S/I%: 70/30
8-9 Weeks
This plant was chosen for three reasons.
First: It's a strain I've wanted to try for a while
Second: These were gifted by Garden of Green
Third: In case Garden of Green decides to extend the contest to accommodate other growers, this will act as my third entry
-germinate into rooting cube
-plant into a solo cup stacker, and veg for 2 weeks
-when the 6th node is exposed, top at the 3rd node for cloning
-transplant into a 3 gallon air pot, where it can veg for another 6 weeks (wk8)
-transplant into a 5g smart pot for another 3 weeks of vegging (wk11)
20-24 week total.
Make sure to take at least one final cutting, to plant outside.
The goal is to create my biggest plant ever, by mainlining like crazy. Top apical bud, clone it. Leave the 4 top branches for a cross manifold. The top branches will be allowed to grow to the edge of the 3 gallon pot before being trimmed. The remaining shoots coming off the top branches will be trained out in the same direction as the full branch. The bottom branches will also be allowed to grow to the edge of the 3 gallon pot before being trimmed. All remaining shoots on the lower branches will be allowed to grow straight out from the sides, allowing them to make up for the missing space from the top branches. Weave lowest shoots backwards to fill in the middle.
11/23/21: dropped seed in water
11/24/21: seed appears to be split, but I'm not 100% certain. I will wait until later one to check it again. If it is indeed split, then I will put it in a rooting cube tonight.
**Seed has definitely split open. Placed inside a rooting cube. I did something different, I made a second hole in cube, one with a tighter fit. I then had to push the seed down. It should provide a better contact with the seed, hopefully having it germinate quickly**
11/25/21: something I didn't mention yesterday, was that I noticed the seed was planted upside down, so today, I was able to easily see the root growing.
11/26/21: seed was growing a root, but up toward the top. I didn't want to wait for it to eventually right itself, so I popped it open, and flipped it over. Placed in another cube with same method as the first time, made a new hole and put it in that one. Should be up in the next day or two. Of not, it was definitely me that harmed up, as it was fine how it was, just upside down.
11/27/21: I can see the top of the plant is wanting to bust out above surface, and it's probably going to be successful by the end of the day. If it is, I will call this day one. If not, it should be exposed by the morning.
11/28/21: seed is fully erect (phrasing), but the leaves are not yet spread apart. I will still be counting today as Day 1, just like my previous plants.

11/28/21: Day 1. 🌱Seed is fully erect (phrasing), but the leaves are not yet spread apart. I will still be counting today as Day 1, just like my previous plants.
11/29/21: Day 2. Dicots are now fully open and ready to receive. Once the roots are showing from the bottom and sides of the rooting cube, that is when I will transplant into the solo cup stacker. I'm still yet undecided if this will be my first time using the stacker as intended, or if I will just remove it and transplant like normal. If I do add in some additional autos when they arrive, then having used the stacker will be of great benefit. If I don't add any, then it lowers the total height allowed for the plant. If I do this as my first ScrOG, then it doesn't matter either. If I do choose to ScrOG, I'll need a second net for support unless I want to try some yo-yos.

12/7/21: Day 10. 💧🏠🆕Since I started a new job on overnights last week, I was extremely tired the past week, and forgot to update my grow logs. I had finally transplanted the rooting cube into a solo cup, I will let it grow in that for another 2 weeks or so, maybe a few days less. After that, it will be moved into a 2 gallon smart pot, and then switched to flower. I changed plans, and will not be growing this into one giant plant. I will have this grow out relatively naturally, with maybe a chance of topping or training, but likely nothing.
12/11/21: Day 14. Plant is looking good, no signs of it having any issues. One full week or so in the solo stacker, then I will place it into the premixed 2 gallon pot I already have filled, and then leave it in veg for another week, if possible, before moving it over to the flowering tent.
Shamefully I didn't take any notes during this week. Clearly the growth was there, and quite remarkable. While it didn't spend much effort growing upwards, it definitely took it's time to grow outwards.

12/19/21: Day 22. 🆕🏠💧 Finally decided it was time to utilize the stackers abilities, and placed it atop the 2 gallon pot with premixed nutrient soil. Watered it in, but not too much, I want those roots out searching. The 12 days the plant spent in the solo cup, it grew an incredible amount of roots. I could have easily have planted it several days ago, but I didn't think it was ready. It definitely was, as the roots were already circling when I removed the base cap. The transition was simple, I can't wait to use this with the autos.
12/20/21: Day 23. Change of plans. Since my other photo didn't make it, I'm not going to replace it, so I'll put this in it's spot instead. I'll top it, and give it a nice spread before flowering. That also allows me to put another strain into the other tent, so it's kind of a win anyhow.
12/22/21: Day 24. 💧Plant is looking droopy, ever since the stacking. I know it will be fine once the roots start moving outwards. I have the new pot more water, to entice the roots to start searching. I won't be watering again until sometime this weekend.
12/24/21: Day 26. Still droopy as ever, but I know it will be fine. With the amount of water it was given, it should be perking up very soon. If not, all is not lost. I at least learned something.
12/26/21: Day 28. Plant is looking good overall. Leaves are still drooped over, but I can see that it's definitely growing taller. It will be topped very soon, as I don't want this to be a lot taller that the other plants when in flower.
