Day 5. Trying my first hand at photo seeds at a strain that I use medically. Growing legally. Seeds were in water until opened then I put in rapid rooters.
First day of week 5. Switching to 12/12 at end. Was given a nutrient profile as well as how much calmag / epsom to add. Just used excel until I matched the correct nutrient ratios to what was given to me. Some tips seemed brown so started feeding and will treat soil
Switched to 12/12. Cut off most of the large fan leaves, and lower 4 branches per who's assisting me. Smell is stronger but not too intense yet. Looks happy I think?
Grew a few inches and you can some beginning flower development. Also was told to cut nodes on lower branches and I thought they meant to cut off the lower branches. Apparently, they just meant the small flowers trying to start low so.... Yeah.... That happened. Plant seems okay but sad
So much growth. So thirsty. Watering 2 gallons but leaves begin to droop on second day when I go to water again. In all fairness, lots of air exposure.
Hermied but maybe shooting blanks? Time will tell. Probably cause I cut those big branches at start of flower due to misunderstanding. No signs on any clones. They seem healthy. One went away today. Hopefully rest this weekend.
Hermied bad so seeded. got a ridiculous amount of Kief from trimmings and all the flowers were insanely stuck to each other. Smells and tastes amazing. very fruity/lemony while growing. When I was harvesting, so much pepper smell. Basically seems what I get when smoking.
Hermie'd bad. Not sure why. Clone at 3 weeks of flowering seems fine. I mean just massive amounts of seeds and want flowering any further for a few weeks. Saw new male parts tho and took her out. Dried 5 days and put in jars to cure. About 8 ounces when put in jars so we'll see. Looks good for your first try. Buds deffinately look like they are suffering from lack of light intensity. That low of wattage try to get them nice and close. Get a PAR meter and thermal temp gun to help read your plant tops and help you maximize your lights potential.
This late in flower start widening your temp gap between lights on and lights off. It will help send extra energy into the budding process and resin production. Keep up the good work
