They started out in a glass of water 11/28 overnight, and went to paper towel baggie 11/29 for 12/01 plant date in moistened rapid rooter plugs. Went into the tent farthest from the light. So the only variable here is the one in the middle is a photo Northern Lights freebie from NASC®️, I think the left one is Barney’s Farm®️ auto Do-Si-Dos, and the one on the right is Dutch Passion®️ auto White Widow. I may have got the baggie turned around when I went to plant them, we’ll see.
Well what I think is the Barney’s Farm’s do-si-dos got transplanted to her forever 2.2 gal new air pot on 12/8. The northern lights photo sprouted first and was kinda lanky so I put her in a solo cup with some FFHf and her Rapidrooter plug. What I believe the Dutch Passion®️ White Widow Auto seed never popped. Super disappointed. I’m giving it one last shot, or that other new airpot is gonna be my Northern lights new home.
This is by far the most boring part of the process for me, so I threw an accidental pic of my lights in for pizazz…
Oh yeah fungus gnat infestation in my do si dos, spread to my early flowering jack herer’s and I panic chopped my 2 lime daiquiri’s probably 2 weeks early, fuck me!
Stopped watering everything, covered the topsoil of everything with DE, the do si dos in the airpot sucks cause it has a hundred holes for them to enter. Wrapped that whole bitch up in Saran Wrap and some more DE. So now I move some DE out of the way and water through the hole, cut the dead 💀 decayed leaves off from the jack herer’s and the do si dos started LST on 1/5/22
Okay finally got that fungus gnat shit done. After 10 days of fighting those fuckers and dehydrating my girls I figured it out. I went to fill a new airpot, bottom 1/3 FFOF top 2/3 FFHF, pulled my bag I used for the do si dos the FFHF, and out comes fungus gnats flying out the bag. Never going to that grow shop again, the soil smelled fucking nasty. So I started pouring boiling water in a separate container, mixing my soil up to sterilize it. Then got some Summit®️Mosquito dunks, soaked them in my water overnight, ph’d it and watered all infected plants. Gurls doing better now. And finally got rid of all the DE on the top soil.
But still small as hell, I’m hoping for a 1/4 oz out of her 😆
She’s doing pretty good, all things considered. I think she’s really small for her age but I’m in to deep at this point. It’s just another lesson learned.

Everything was going great, no gnats, moved all me ladies into the same tent. Jack n Jill went to their dark tent pre harvest on 1/24. So I got everyone in the big tent, I decided today to take the plastic wrap off the dosidos today, and as soon as I did a fucking fungus gnat flies out. So I wrapped the banana blaze airpot in a garbage bag in hopes they didn’t make it in there, bagged the do si dos airpot and plan on transplanting to a fabric pot tomorrow. At least I can control shit in pots without 174 openings for them to enter…
I didn’t transplant her, I’m just gonna keep it bagged and ride it out. Covered the soil with pumice and perlite to keep the gnats away. She has been responding well to the flowering nutrients, shit I might get a 1/4 oz out of her 😂
And some lessons…
She’s starting to smell a little
She’s chunking up nicely, smells great. Flushed her on 2/15, I’m horrible with the trichome pics. But from what I’m seeing she’s got maybe a week left till
She got horribly stunted from a fungus gnat infestation really early on, she recovered some, I’m so new I road it out as a learning experience. Haven’t weighed it yet, but I’d be surprised if it was more then a quarter oz 😂
