Starting this diary in progress. I germinated a seed for a friend and it never popped, so I set him up with a different seed. Just for the heck of it I planted this un-popped seed and lo and behold, she sprouted a few days later. She was a runt and honestly I was just going to give up on her. Had her growing in a window sill under a T5 light but I transplanted her anyway and she is now starting to kick in. Moved her into a spare room with a lower grade LED, not sure if i will get much out of this but hey, the fun is in the trying! 😁
Day 36 - Gonna top her tomorrow.
Day 37 - Watered her with 2 tsp Grow Big and 1/2 tsp calmag per gallon of tap water, ph'd to 6.5 Planning on topping the upper perimeter tops tonight to let the inside newly forming branches start to catch up.
Day 38 - Topped the upper outer perimeter tops. I'll defoliate a bit tonight in the inside section. I never had high hopes for this girl but she ended up coming around and now I'm really rooting for her. Through my own neglect, she's got an odd shape to her, but maybe that's what makes her special lol. 😁
Day 39 - I'm fascinated by the way this one has grown due to my previous neglect and screw-up by topping her so early. Now that She's doing well and I have pulled back the side branches it exposed a crater in the middle that's almost like it's own ecosystem. I'm hoping the center will kick in, tons of tops down there just waiting to become branches and then buds.
Day 40 - All is well.
Day 41 - Defoliated a little bit.
Day 42 - Slowly but surely...
Day 43 - Everything looks like it's progressing nicely. Mutley the Wonder Dog decided to join the runt for a picture.
Day 44 - Watered her with tap water ph'd to 6.6
Day 45 - She seems happy
Day 46 - This girl is just takin her time 😎
Day 47 - Just realized I didn't give her the daily 1/4 rotation
Day 48 - Moving her from the spare room to my neighbors house as I have a house guest arriving tomorrow who will be using the room.
Day 49 - Relocated to neighbors house
Day 50 - She's just chugging along.
Day 51 - Watered her with tap and 2 tsp Grow Big plus 1/2 tsp calmag ph'd to 6.5
Day 52 - All is well
Day 53 - She just may end up surprising me
Day 54 - No change
Day 55 - Inner branches continuing to grow

Day 57 - She's getting a little bigger

Day 63 - I'm gonna defoliate tonight and spread out the outer branches a bit more
Day 64 - Readjusted the tied down side branches and defoliated a bit tonight
Day 65 - Watered her tonight with tap and 2 tsp Grow Big per gallon, ph'd to 6.6
Day 66 - Opening the inside up a bit more
Day 67 - ll is well
Day 68 - I'm going to top the tallest tops soon to let some of the other inside branches catch up
Day 69 - Topped last night
Day 70 - She's thirsty, gonna water her tonight
Day 71 - She got watered last nigh with tap ph'd to 6.5
Day 72 - The runt graciously offered to move to the dining room so that the SFV OG that was just harvested could use her room to hang out. I obliged. 😃
Day 73 - OK the runt is once again in new digs. She's moved into the closet that used to be SFV OG's home. She has much better lighting now and fresh shiny reflective mylar walls, woohoo. 😆 Yeah, I'm baked
Day 74 - I topped her all over a week or so back so I'm gonna wait another week or 2 before flipping to flower. I'm hoping the canopy will even out a bit 🙏
Day 75 - Happy girl
Day 76 - She's grown a bit more
Day 77 - I love my runt
Day 78 - Nothing new, just chugging along
Day 79 - The runt is happy!
Day 80 - The runt likes her new digs.
Day 81 - She got watered today, 1/2 tsp calmag per gallon of tap, ph'd to 6.5
Day 82 - Gonna flip her soon to flower
Day 83 - She has quite the sturdy trunk.
Day 84 - The runt continues to be a runt
Day 85 - Flipped her to flower, can't wait to see how this turns out.
Day 86 - She seems to be doing the runt thing

Day 88 - Watered her today with de-chlorinated tap water with 2 tsp Tiger Bloom per gallon and then ph'd to 6.5
Day 89 - She is happy
Day 90 - This girl is one weird plant
Day 91 - She just wants to be small in stature and that's all there is to it. 😍
Day 92 - Defoliated her a bit tonight, will continue in a day or 2
Day 93 - The runt just does what the runt wants to do. I just need to learn to accept that. 😄
Day 94 - She got watered today with de-chlorinated tap with Sensi Cal Mag Xtra added at 1.5 tsp per gallon and then ph'd to 6.5
Day 95 - She seems happy
Day 96 - Mini buds popping up everywhere 😀
Day 97 - I love my runt
Day 98 - Tomorrow I plan of a pretty good defoliation of my runt
Day 99 - Defoliated my runt a bit, lot of bud sites!
Day 100 - I'm wondering if the buds are going to be runts too 😐
Day 101 - I've grown many plants over the years but this girl is unique, it's not going to be the best yield but it will be a special yield for sure. 😎
Day 102 - Buds are on the small size but starting to get bigger.
Day 103 - Looking good
Day 104 - Defoliated her a teeny bit more.
Day 105 - This has been an extended grow, especially for a 5 gallon pot. But she is handling it very well except for the whole runt thing. 😏 I'm curious to see just how root-bound she was after she is harvested.
Day 106 - The runt seems happy and healthy. She is a few weeks into flowering mode now and there are little runt buds all over the place!
Day 107 - Almost ready for a watering
Day 108 - Watered runt tonight with de-chlorinated water with 2 tsp Tiger Bloom per gallon added, and then ph'd to 6.5
Day 109 - She's continuing to bulk up a bit
Day 110 - She just loves being herself, the runt will do things only on her own terms.
Day 111 - Watered her tonight with de-chlorinated tap with 1/2 tsp Sensi Calmag per gallon mixed in, ph'd to 6.5
Day 112 - The buds are starting to fill out a little bit
Day 113 - The runt is entering her fourth week of flowering. The buds are what I expected size-wize at this point for this girl, a little on the runt side
Day 114 - She looks very healthy 🙏
Day 115 - Runt is getting watered tonight with de-chlorinated tap water with 2 tsp Tiger Bloom per gallon, ph'd to 6.5
Day 116 - The buds are runt buds but there is strength in numbers lol

Day 131 - Some of the buds are starting to get some color. She got watered tonight with de-chlorinated tap ph'd to 6.56
Day 132 - She's looking pretty good

Day 134 - She's getting closer.
Day 135 - Hairs are starting to darken up and trichomes are cloudy with some amber. I'll probably chop her down sometime next week. She got watered with de-chlorinated tap ph'd to 6.5
Day 136 - She's really starting to stink
Day 137 - The tiny little runt is one of my favorite grows of all time 😍
Day 138 - My neighbor/grow partner and I are planning on a Friday night harvest. 😎😁
Day 139 - Friggin day 139 😲 At least it's too close to harvest to screw it up now 😆 Watered with de-chlorinated tap ph'd to 6.5
Day 140 - I will miss this girl

Day 142 - Heading to trim jail in about an hour...
Harvest time has finally come! My neighbor/grow partner and I trimmed up the runt, took about 3 hours+ She is now hanging and slowly drying in a spare room. I have a humidifier keeping the humidity at around 55-60%, and the temp is 70F. She is the mini beast! 😁
