~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2204 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today their tap roots were about 1/2 to 3/4" so at 11 am I transferred them into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened and the #2 isn't far behind! 12/5- Well this is the full Day One for the #2 FBT #2204 and the second day for her sister! I'll keep them in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see their roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer them gently into their respective fabric pots. The #1 will be going into the 4g Gronest pot from FastBuds and the #2 will reside in a 3g pot by Wraxly, which I'm trying out for the first time. 12/7- Yesterday I checked the #1 tester and she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so I transferred her into her 4g Gronest pot. After making a hole in the medium for the peat pellet, I coated the entire surface with Xtreme Gardening Mycos then placed the pellet in the hole and planted her in. Lastly, I watered her in with about 4oz of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of FishShit added which was then ph'd to 6.4 @ 75℉ after which I placed a humidome over her for 24hrs to ensure that the humidity stays constant. The #2 tester is doing great and I'm confident that she should be ready to transfer into her fabric pot in the next couple of days! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Before I placed her Jiffy pellet into her new pot, I coated the hole with a tbsp. of Xtreme Gardening's Mycos which I love using! After putting her in the pot and making her snug and comfy, I watered her with just 6oz of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t Soil Conditioner added and then ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉. After I watered her I placed a clear Solo cup over her to help her acclimate to her new digs. I'll remove the cup as soon as I see she's not stressed and is remaining perky. The #1 tester is doing great and looks right at home in her 4g pot! I had already watered her pot a couple of days before she was transferred to it, so she still doesn't need a whole lot of moisture and as I'm keeping the VPD in the tent on point I'm only watering about every third day right now. 12/10- Yesterday I removed the clear Solo cup from the #2 tester. She's looking great, a little small right now but otherwise she's a winner! 😍👍 Today was basically just checking on them as at this stage they're not drinking much. I have the RH in the tent set to 75% and with the temp's running in the mid 70's℉ my VPD numbers are real close to being ideal, currently running at .88-.90 but I'd like them to be closer to a .68-.70 during this early vegetation period. 12/12- I watered both girls yesterday with 0.1g of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t Soil Conditioner added and then ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉. Today all I did was check on the humidifier (which is set at 80% RH) and refilled it with distilled water. The girls are looking fantastic and are starting to take off! 12/14- I watered both of the testers this morning with the usual 0.1g of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t Soil Conditioner added and then ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. Onward to next week where these girls should be sprouting some new sets of leaves and getting taller! 😎🤙💚 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Basically at this point in the run all I have to do is make sure they don't dry out, fill the humidifier and watch them grow! 12/17- Yesterday I watered them both and increased the amount to roughly 0.25g each of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Botanicare Silica Blast (added to begin to help strengthen their branches) and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 74℉. I've also increased the output of the HLG 650R's to 35% which equates to about 230w at the wall which, of course has raised the temp's in the tent so I've also begun to run the A/C unit in the grow room which is keeping the temp's now at 75℉ in the tent. The RH is running around 75-78% RH giving a VPD of .67-.74 which I'll take! 😁👍 Other than what I've mentioned above, all I did was fill the humidifier with distilled water and watched my girls grow! 🤩 12/19- Today I watered them each with 0.25g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t and 1 tsp/g Unsulfured Molasses which I then ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I'm now watering through the bottom, filling the drip pan and letting the plant draw up the water into itself. I am also watering from the top, but only just enough to moisten the medium. They're really starting to take off now, a sure sign their roots are beginning to get well developed. Their 4th set of leaves have emerged and as they get bit bigger I may give topping, one or both, some consideration... we'll see! 12/21- Today I watered them both with 0.25g of straight de-chlorinated water each which was ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I gave about 3/4 of it into their drip pans so they can draw it up into their medium, the rest I applied to the top of their medium just to moisten it. They're both doing fantastic with good color and vigor! They're not very tall and judging by their leaf shape and overall structure I'd say they are definitely leaning towards the Indica side of the gene pool! I'm holding off on deciding whether or not to top them, but will make a decision in the next couple of days! Well there's two weeks of veg behind us now, Week Three of vegetation is beginning and they should really start to take off! 😍👍 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! They were watered yesterday with 0.25g of de-chlorinated water with 5ml/g of Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t Soil Conditioner added, then ph'd to 6.4 @ 71℉. Today their medium was still moist and they felt heavy when lifted, so all I did today was fill the humidifier to maintain 55-60% RH in the tent. I went ahead and topped the #1 tester and LST'd her, bending her over and holding her down with a short piece of coated horticulture wire. I also removed the on large shade leaf that would have been blocking the light from all the lower branching that was just exposed by the LST. The #2 tester is doing fantastic, albeit not as big as her sis, and I expect her to take off here soon. I also LST'd her just like the #1, bending her over and holding her down with a short piece of coated horticulture wire. I also removed the one large shade leaf that would have been blocking the light from all the lower branching that was just exposed by the LST on her as well. 12/24- I watered both testers today with 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.4 @ 73℉. It's been a couple days since they were topped and they have new shoots sprouting out nicely! They both have got a healthy green color to them and they remain extremely vigorous! The tent environment remains pretty much ideal with daytime temp's a constant 74℉ and the RH running at 55-60% giving a VPD in the 0.99 - 1.05. I also have the HLG 650R turned up to 50% power now which is roughly 330w at the wall and have it still at 36" above canopy which they're tolerating exceptionally! 12/26- Yesterday was a 'dry day' but when I checked today their pots were lite, so I watered them both with 0.5g each of de-chlorinated water with 5ml/g of Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t Soil Conditioner added, then ph'd to 6.4 @ 71℉ which I administered through their dip pans to maintain moisture in the lower third of their pots to get those roots expanding.... Remember BIG roots = BIG plants! 😁💚 They are beginning to start some explosive growth now and I'm anxious to see them take off! 🤩💚 They are both responding very well to the LST on them, not showing any signs of undue stress from it whatsoever! 12/28- I didn't water yesterday and only gave a 'lite' watering to the #1 tester in the 4g pot today as she was still fairly heavy. I just watered enough to moisten the top layer of the medium. The #2 tester in the 3g pot was definitely lite so she was thoroughly watered with 0.5g. of de-chlorinated water to which I added: 1.2ml/g of Dutch Pro Silica and 3.8ml/g of Dutch Pro Root Enhancer which was then ph'd to 6.0 @ 74℉. After watering I turned their pots 1/4 turn and did some canopy maintenance, tucking shade leaves that were blocking new growth and gently bending some branches to keep them opened up to the light. They are both a beautiful healthy, dark green and have responded super well to topping. They both have numerous side branching that are spreading out nicely! 💚 Well there's three weeks of vegetation and four weeks since sprouting behind us now! Week Four of veg will be exciting with the accelerated growth rate they're having and I'll be expecting them to begin their transition into flower to start to commence! 😍💚 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! It's been a month since these pretty ladies popped out of the ground and other than being short, they are both looking perfect! The #1's 4g Gronest pot was heavy when lifted as was the #2's 3g Wraxly pot and they both looked happy, so I skipped watering today and will check them tomorrow morning after the lights come on. Since being topped for the first time a week ago, they both have two new shoots that are emerging and have new growth sprouting out all over with extremely tight node spacing making them definitely Indica dominate, and will most likely result in very short stocky cultivars from this strain which would be ideal for someone with limited grow space. 😎💚 Both of these girls are extremely healthy with excellent vigor and color and I can't wait to see if they get any taller and for them to begin flowering! 🧐💚 12/31- Today was a 'dry day and all I did was refill the humidifier and some canopy maintenance, tucking shade leaves and gently bending branches. It's been a little over four weeks since they were planted in their amended medium and it's time to give their microbes a good feed so they can continue to provide them with all the macro and micro nutrients they need so, yesterday they got a good watering with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with GreenGro's Veg, Flower, Green Aminos, Natures Brix and Granular Myco added to it @ 1.5 tsp/g and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 73℉. Still no signs of flowering on either tester but I anticipate it will be any day now! 01/02- Yesterday I finally saw signs of flowering on the #1 tester! The #2 is still a no-show but as short as she is it's probably for the best! Today I watered them from the bottom with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g of Earth Juice OilyCann cal-mag to prevent any Cal-Mag issues they may encounter before they arrive. I also have the HLG 650R set 36" above canopy and it's set at 60% power which is being controlled by a Trolmaster HydroX controller. The tent environment is on point with temp's running 70 when the light's off and 74℉ with the light on. I'm keeping the RH at 55-60% right now but will drop it as flowering progresses. Finally, I've been keeping the VPD in the tent running 0.85 - 1.05 which I'm happy with! 01/04- They have both been doing really well getting watered every other day and yesterday they received 0.5g each of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t Soil Conditioner which was then ph'd to 6.3 @ 72℉. The #1 tester is on her fourth day of flower and looking great! Because she's so bushy and was getting choked with growth, I removed a few shade leaves to open her up and get some light penetration down into her canopy. The #2 tester has yet to show any signs of going into flower which I won't be concerned with unless it persists for another week or so, at which point I'll make a decision on how to deal with her. 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Please visit as often as you wish and I hope you enjoy this journey as much as I know I will! Grow Strong! 💪😎🤙

____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 11/5- Week One of flower for the #1 tester, the #2 is still deciding what to do! With a month of growth since sprouting and just beginning to flower these 'Testers' by FastBuds are doing great and looking fantastic! I watered both today with 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water each that was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉. I also did some more defoliation along with some minor LST on the#1 tester, removing shade leaves blocking new growth and gently bending down her branches to create an even canopy to let the lower growth catch up to the rest of the plant. The #2 tester, aka 'Shorty', has yet to show signs of flower. She's short and stocky with a ton of leaves. I used horticulture wire to bend over her branches to get some light down into the lower growth and removed a few shade leaves blocking light that refused to be tucked away. Hopefully she'll take a hint from her sister and get going this week! 1/7- WHOO HOO! The #2 pheno FINALLY is showing signs of flowering! She's exactly one week behind the #1 phenotype and I'm actually glad because she was really short and the extra time allowed her to gain some height. The #1 tester continues to do excellent and has responded extremely well to topping and LST. Today was a feed/water day. I gave them each 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with GreenGro's Green Aminos, Granular Myco, Natures Brix added and then ph'd to 6.4. Before I watered I added 1/2 cup of Down To Earth 4-8-4 slow release dry organic amendment, 1 tbsp. of GreenGro's Biochar Blend and 1 1/2 cups of worm castings that I worked into the top layer of their medium, after which I watered it in. I also went ahead and filled the 50# tank of co2 and connected it to the Autopilot co2 Controller which I set at 1000ppm's with a 100ppm window. Now that they're in flower I'll be gradually increasing the wattage to the light and want to keep them growing at their peak potential. 1/9- Now that these ladies are into flower they have gotten thirstier and I'm watering them daily now with 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water. I'm turning their pots 1/4 turn daily, tucking shade leaves, doing some mild LST and removing stubborn shade leaves blocking light from the center of their canopies. 1/11- The ladies are thirstier now and I'm watering daily with 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water which is ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉. I did some more LST on both and also removed a bunch of shade leaves that were blocking light penetration and refused to stay tucked away. The #2 pheno continues to progress into flower and actually has stretched a little bit! The #1, which is 6 days ahead in flower is looking and doing fantastic! Well my friends, there's two weeks of flowering behind us and Week Three promises to start to get exciting as these girls should really begin to strut their stuff and start to really look amazing! 🤩💚 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 1/12- Here we go into the 2nd week of flower for these girls and they're both looking great, although this strain is definitely a shorter cultivar and takes longer to begin flowering. I'm continuing with my regime of daily watering, leaf tucking, branch bending and pot turning. I'm also closely monitoring the environmental conditions as I noticed that my co2 ppm was low and found that the regulator was bad. No worries as I always keep two backups for any mechanical/electrical equipment as they seem to fail when you need them most! I have the HLG 650R's hung 36" above canopy and set at 75% now through a Trolmaster light controller and have my A/C unit in the grow room set to 65℉ which is keeping tent temp's at 73-74℉ with the lights on. The A/C is on a timer which shuts it off with the lights keeping 'night' temp's at 68℉. The RH in the tent is a constant 44-45% and I've got plenty of air circulation on them. 1/14- Today I continued with the daily regime of watering with 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that was ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉. Before I watered I top dressed their mediums with 1/2 cup of Down To Earth Bio-Fish each to give an additional boost of P & K since they're into flower. Both of the 2204's are doing great, with the #1 a little ahead of her sister, and both have stayed short and bushy! *** Note to self: In hindsight, I wouldn't have topped them and instead would have LST'd the hell out of them or tried Mainlining on them. This strain grows short and compact and is somewhat slower to come into flower at around 28-30 days, than the others I've grown that start flowering at 21 days or so. 1/16- I gave them both a heavy water yesterday with almost 0.75g and today they were 'praying' hard so I skipped watering them today and will pick it up again tomorrow. I did some adjusting to the LST, tightening up a few of the wires to keep the canopy open as possible on both and removed a couple of shade leaves on both that were blocking light. 1/18- I watered both yesterday and today when I tilted them the #1's 4g pot was still heavy while the #2's was light, so I watered the #2 with enough to just start runoff into her drip pan. The 2204's flowering is going well although progressing slowly, and their health remains on point! There's two weeks of flower behind them now with another 6-8 weeks yet to go which is going to be getting more exciting as they progress through flower! 😍 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Please visit as often as you wish and I hope you enjoy this journey as much as I know I will! Grow Strong! 💪😎🤙

Today I gave both girls a top dressing with Down To Earth 4-8-4 Flower Mix at a ratio of 2tbsp/g and Coast of Maine's Stonington Blend 5-2-4 Organic Plant Food at a ratio of 1tbsp/g which I simplified by using 1/3 cup of the 4-8-4 and 1/4 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 4g pot and 3/8 cup of 4-8-4 and 1/8 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 3g pot. After working the amendments into the medium, I watered it in with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. It will take a week for the microbes to begin breaking it down and will last for 3 weeks or so. I'll monitor them and decide on whether I'll give them another top dress or let them ride. I've also increased the power to the HLG 650R's the the Trolmaster Hydro X Controller to 75% which has them pulling 990w at the wall and have them hung 32" above canopy. I also starting adding in 4 hours of UVA during the middle of the light cycle for the remainder of flower. I've been monitoring their leaf temperatures and they're running 71-73℉ which is perfect! I have the AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller set to 1100ppm with a 100ppm window and the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to maintain a 74℉ temperature in the tent while the lights are on. 1/21- I'm watering these thirsty girls daily with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉ and they're both thriving! The #1 pheno being roughly a week ahead of the #2 is starting to flower nicely. The #2 pheno, while different behind her sister, is finally beginning to get her act together a is making flowers!🧐 1/23- I watered/fed both testers today with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water each with GreenGro's Natures Brix and Granular Myco mixed in, after which I added 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉. They'll be getting only one more feed from here moving forward as they will take a little longer than the other testers in the run that are well into flower now. 1/25- Yesterday I didn't water but continued today with 0.75g for the #1, and 0.5g for the #2, of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. They're both looking really healthy and both into flower! I'm really looking forward to Week Four of flower where they should start to reveal how they're going to look after stretching!😍💚 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Please visit as often as you wish and I hope you enjoy this journey as much as I know I will! Grow Strong! 💪😎🤙

They're both sprouting flowers everywhere and they are both short and bushy in appearance with the #2 tester having a major advantage in overall size being almost a week ahead of the #1 tester. I skipped watering today but will be watering in the morning with the usual 0.75g of de-chlorinated water that is ph'd to 6.5-6.6 @ 72℉. I'm turning their pots 1/4 turn daily just before the UVA kicks on (they're getting 4 hours of UVA daily in the middle of the light cycle) and continuing to tuck and/or remove shade leaves to keep the light penetration at it's highest. I really went through both, removed a bunch of leaves and tightened up their LST wires to open these girls up to all that HLG 'Love From Above'! I've got the HLG 650R's at 85% now and hung at 34" above the canopy. The tent temp's are at 73℉ with the lights on and drop to 68deg with the lights off. The AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller is set at 1200ppm's now and the tent is maintaining an average co2 level of 1100ppm's currently. Humidity levels are constant at 38-44% giving VPD's in the 1.40-1.60 range.😎👍 We've got the halfway mark of flowering ahead so the coming weeks should be getting very interesting indeed! 1/28- I watered both yesterday with 0.5g each of de-chlorinated water that was ph'd to 6.5-6.6 @ 72℉, after which I gave their pots a turn and removed some shade leaves on the #1 that were blocking light from flowers. I really went into the #2 and removed a good deal of the shade leaves in the center section of her as she was really getting choked up with growth and it was blocking light penetration down into the canopy where it's needed! Both of these girls are doing exceptionally well and have maintained great health and vigor throughout this entire run! The #1 phenotype continues to take the lead in flowering with her earlier start but I'm starting to see the #2 starting to accelerate her flowering so she may still catch up to her sister! 1/30- All I did today was water each with 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ and turned their pots. Both are looking exceptional! 2/1- Well there goes another week and our journey is quickly coming to a close with both ladies now 59 days from breaking ground. I'm very pleased with their progress with both having finally stretched a little bit to allow some LST. The #1 is flowering away and I have to stay on top of her to maintain light penetration. The #2 is on her merry way into flowering, although slightly behind the #1. I watered both with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉, turned pots and told them how beautiful they were! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Please visit as often as you wish and I hope you enjoy this journey as much as I know I will! Grow Strong! 💪😎🤙

These ladies are past the 60 day mark since breaking ground and have a bit to go! The #1 phenotype is taking the lead in flower development. Her flowers are forming well with snow white pistils covering them. The #2 is a beauty as well with an incredibly bushy structure that's required me to not only LST the heck out of her, but to also defoliate her numerous times to prevent all the abundant growth from choking itself to death! Both of these girls are for sure a sativa dominate strain, late to begin flowering with a decent stretch at the start of flower and those long, thin fingered leaves. I can't wait to see how both of these pheno's finish out and what their names will be when announced! Daily watering with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water which is ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ continues as these girls stay thirsty! 2/4- I watered today with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉. I also removed some shade leaves that had begun to yellow and turned pots on both. 2/6- I watered today, removed some shade leaves from the canopy and turned their pots. Both of these testers are looking absolutely AMAZING and I can't wait to see them when they finish up! 🤩💚 2/8- I'm continuing to flush with straight water and I anticipate that these ladies will be going 'dark' in the next couple of weeks 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Week TEN...+/-Sixty Seven days from seed and these ladies are absolutely amazing looking! The 2 phenotypes are quite different in their flower development. The #1's flowers are densely stacked and have a beautiful lime green hue contrasted by numerous bright orange pistils. The #2 is a third larger than her sister with wide spread branching, numerous bud sites and her flowers are covered in snow white pistils and are loaded with trichomes! The #1 has a slightly more compact structure and she's LOADED with gorgeous flowers that smell absolutely AMAZING and are tightly stacked! Daily watering/flushing with 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water which is ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ continues as these girls stay thirsty! 2/11- I watered today, removed some shade leaves from the canopy and turned their pots. 2/13 - Both were watered today with 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉. I also removed some shade leaves that had begun to yellow. 2/15 - The #1 pheno has maybe a week or so to go, then she'll be 'going dark'. The #2 will take a bit longer form to looks of her! Well, things should be wrapping up over the next two weeks or so. Stay tuned as the final weeks are always exciting... See you there! ❤️ 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Please visit as often as you wish and I hope you've been enjoying this journey as much as I have! Grow Strong! 💪😎🤙

____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 2/16- Week Eleven and the #1 Cherry Cola is at day 74 from seed, with the #2 a week behind her. Both girls are looking superb and are busy stacking their flowers and producing trichomes. They both were watered with the usual .5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.5 @ 70℉. 2/18- The #1 is getting so close to her time. I've been checking her trichomes and they're about 80% milky now, I'll be religiously checking her daily to tell when they're 90% milky/10% amber. The #2 has really turned it up a notch over the last couple of days. Her trichome development has gone into overdrive and already they are 75% or so milky... She may get to go at the same time as her sister! Both were given .5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.5 @ 70℉ and had their pots turned. 2/20- Both ladies are doing fantastic and are expressing some beautiful coloration now as they are fading. They received the usual .5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.7 @ 70℉ and had their pots turned. 2/22- Well our journey together is nearing its end, both girls are just about good to go and will both be going dark next week where they'll spend 72hrs to boost their trichome production before being harvested... See you next week! ❤️ 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Please visit as often as you wish and I hope you've been enjoying this journey as much as I have! Grow Strong! 💪😎🤙

The trichomes on the #1 were perfect with 90% of them a milky white. The #2's trichomes were only about 80% milky, with the remainder split between amber and clear which I'm fine with. I watered each one last time with .5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.7 @ 65℉ to ensure they remain hydrated for their time in the low RH (I'll check on them after 36hrs and water if necessary). After watering them, they were placed in 'Dark Jail'... see ya in three days! 2/27- Today the ladies were 'pardoned' from their jail term and they both look phenomenal! Both plants are covered in glistening trichomes and have a breathtaking, sugary sweet aroma coming from their flowers! 😍 After shooting some pic's of the girls, I removed all of their large shade leaves and then cut them off whole at their bases and hung them to dry in my drying room. They will spend 8-10 days drying and I monitor the environment in the room keeping the RH @ 50% for the first 24-36 hours to knock down some moisture, the raising it to 60% for the remaining drying time. The temperatures are maintained @ 62-64℉ and there is gentle air circulation which contributes to really excellent final results when the drying is finished. After they are done drying I'll trim them up and place the flower in jars to continue the curing process, which I like to take 1-3 months. (Jars are 'burped' on a regular schedule, twice daily for 10 days - daily for two weeks, then weekly for 4 weeks). It goes without saying that this grow was super fun! If I had to alter/change anything I did, it would be to NOT top this strain. To realize the full potential of this strain I recommend letting it grow naturally (maybe some LST to ensure light penetration) into it's 'Christmas tree' structure. Thanks again for checking out my work and for all the positive vibes! See you at the HARVEST! ✂️⚖️ *** I was trying out some different background colors to see how it affected the appearance of the plants. The black or blue background is definitely my choice... do you agree? Or do you prefer a natural background i.e. in the tent? 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Please visit as often as you wish and I hope you've enjoyed this journey as much as I have! Grow Strong and may ALL your days be Blessed!❤️😎🤙

There they spent 9 days drying during which I monitored the environment in the room keeping the RH @ 50% for the first 24-36 hours to knock down some moisture, then raising it to 60% for the remaining drying time. The temperatures were maintained @ 62-64℉ as was gentle air circulation, all which contributed to the excellent final results. After they finished drying I broke out the TrimBin and Fiskars trim them up, after which they were placed in jars with hygrometers to continue the curing process, which I like to take 1-3 months. (Jars are 'burped' on a regular schedule, twice daily for 10 days - daily for two weeks, then weekly for 4 weeks). It goes without saying that this grow was super fun! If I had to alter/change anything that I did, it would be to NOT top this strain as I think topping stressed them. They would have been totally different plants without topping...Next time will be different! 😁. To realize the full potential of this strain I recommend letting it grow naturally (maybe some LST to ensure light penetration) into it's 'Christmas tree' structure. All in all this was a killer strain that could have been a lot better without the HST. I'll be running it again and I'd recommend you give it a try as well... I'm sure you'll ❤️ this one! Thanks again for checking out my work and for all the positive vibes!
