Used germinator/cloner which was far superior to heat mat. 100% germination directly in the tent without stretching or any other problems. Unfortunately didn't have lid and company hasn't responded to any inquiry about replacement.
This grow was more unusual because it started and required a water chiller and air conditioner balanced against humidifier as needed.
Continued to use Lotus as I had so much product. Loved the idea of organic medical grade food, but definitely not using it again. So much grit and debris even when trying to dissolve in bucket. I started to believe by the end of the grow I might create a beachfront from the excess material.
Steady trimming of water leaves and lower suckers. Always feel as though I need to be more aggressive with this, but all plants looking good and started scrog. Humidifier has been a wonderful addition. Purchased combo air conditioner/heater which was key as this grow transitioned between hot and cold weather - started out with water chiller and air conditioner to water heater and heater.

When I 'mic the trichs' they are a beautiful milky white. One plant has just a few amber trichs so not quite ready yet but checking at least once a day.
Impressions overall - just for me, I didn't enjoy growing autos. I have learned that I love to watch the plants fill out and reach a good height before I ask them to flip. Having no control to "assist" the plants, overall I felt like I also couldn't dial things in. With that said, I look forward to the harvest as they may be small and compact, so are pitbulls😬
I absolutely love plant photography! This is my worst grow to dat and they are beautiful.
Just switched into week 13. Checking every day for the trichomes to have some amber. They are fat, tall, and pure white but only one plant has a trichome or two which are amber. One day at a time and will harvest when I see about 5% amber.
This is first grow where I will use my new dry tent. Little 4x4 shorty with filter, timed vent fan, and two tiny clip circulation fans.
These autos have not exactly progressed similarly (My first and last auto grow), and I didn’t like the idea I might have some ready for harvest and others lagging so investment it was.
