Anything you’d be doing to these girls at this point, or let them be?
It’s pretty crowded, but have LST as much as I could to gain room.

hydro gives alot of bushy plants id say.. lower the N ratio or defoliate :)

Not much training that can be done at this point, but I would clean up some of the growth on the bottom of the plants that isn't getting any light. Especially branches in the center that arent growing up close to the top. And it looks like they are at a stage where their need for nitrogen will drop quite a bit so I would keep an eye on that

I'd try strechting her before going into defol first. You doing a scROG there's no need to defol. Leaf tucking behind the net will be enough. Keep them leafs for energy photos need lots of energy in pre-mid flower. Good luck.
