Been using some fox farm nutrients as per the bottle. Also have fungus gnats. Used neem oil, dia... earth and eventually got some mosquite pucks. Also made a guano tea for watering. Mostly monitored through a Xiaomi Mi Flora sensor and watching the plant.
First ever grow, I believe things are looking good. Slight discoloration on some of the leaves but i've tried not to worry too much. Some yellowing but overall she looks healthy. Recently I've been watering with nutrients about every other day, about a liter. Keeping up with LST almost twice a day.
Last week I was getting nervous that she looked very small, and I still feel that way but she is starting to fill out nicely as far as I can tell. It seems like other photos I look at people have plants 2x as big at this age. She is literally 8in tall. This is my first ever grow so I'm not sure what I'm looking for or what I can fix. My water is well water and I just recently got an RO/DI filter so control the water more. I also started paying attention to the PH as my water is high (mid 7) so i've been using some PH down but still waiting on a good meter. Overall I think she's doing alright.
Decided to defoliate...just because. Also at some point in the last week I moved the light about 14inches closer.
1/15 - looking ok. had a cold night, -20 outside so the tent got humid and I found some mold on the top soil. I scraped it clean, added some new dia.. earth and covered with pantyhose to block the fungus gnats. Plants look ok but have some spots. Not sure what's going wrong, maybe just the humidity and cold. I tested the PPFD with and app and found 16-24 inches to be way too much light though I don't know how accurate it is. Lights need to be about 36in+ away for the correct numbers. I also ph'd my water and did nutes according to the bottle and watered until runoff. I plan on just sitting a few days and watching how to plants progress as I don't want to stress them more if i'm doing something wrong. Just trying to lock in temperature around 74F and Humidity around 50%.

The plant looks good though I do agree that it is on the small side. It looks like your LST is working well with a good number of buds, nicely spaced for light.
I do see a fair bit of open area and I'm not seeing any complete fan leaves.
When did you defoliate? Don't forget that a plant's energy comes from it's leaves. Remove leaves and there is generally less energy for producing buds.
Are you running both of your lights? Measure the light level at the top of your plants and see if you are getting 800 PPFD+. There are several good light measuring apps for cell phones. I really like the "PPFD Meter" app. All the apps need some calibration to be accurate but PPFD Meter was within 10% without calibration. I also like "Lux Light Meter" but it doesn't do the conversion to PPFD so you'll have to do the math manually.
Had a cold week and some high humidity. I found some mold on the top of the soil and cleaned it off and fed nutrients cutting edge at half strength. Going to wait and watch before adjusting but the buds are filling out though there is yellowing on some of the leaves, some brown spots, maybe some clawing...overall I'm a little confused so I'm just trying to wait. Might be low ph or nitrogen issues. I don't believe it's toxicity as I've only fed half strength nutes.
1/22 Fed RO Water ph 6.7 until runoff
