Week 2 moved rapid rooter plugs that were put into rockwool into its final resting place in 5 gal bucket. The grow area is 4x8 tent with two 600 watt leds, two 120 watt led bulbs and as well proper venting air circulation setup.
Since its the last two weeks are the buds going to flatten out more? And she might be starting to foxtail. Wouldnt be surprised with how hot its been recently
Most of the buds weight is gained in the last two weeks, yes. But if your thricomes are already cloudy, that time should have passed by now, so either you are misjudging the thrics, or your plant lacked training.
Hi there! If you're right and trichomes are mostly cloudy, then it means the harvest window is open! So it's too late for buds to fatten up, you need to harvest now (after a good flush) or your trichomes will degrade and loose THC. Moreover, your current temperature will speed up the trichomes degradation process, so you may want to act quickly and harvest asap. Keep us up-to-date and enjoy your harvest!
Chopped her down today. Placed into the dry rack. let you all know the dry weight when available. Trichs were very cloudy with very few amber. I left some of the smaller grow to continue while the gsc and the gg finish up their cycle.
First grow. Harvested the end of week 10. She show more of the sativa trait with airy type buds. Was very sensitive to nutes even at half dosage during veg. I highly recommend lst because when she stretches she does it quick like overnight quick. I have not yet fully cured for taste test but the aroma of berries is a definite trait. She pulled 28.9 grams after drying. Still has another 8th to a quarter left of nugs continueing to grow.
Knowing the strand i was growing i clipped her with majority cloudy for that energy effect. Great grow had some temp issues towards the end but in all was a good grow. As i stated before i recommend lst in veg to keep the height lower so i would suggest by week 3 or 4 to begin training. Thanks for taking the time to view my grow and more will come. So i believe i made a huge mistake. I believe i grew the dream berry and not the diesel. Took a looked at the dreamberry grow and my buds are a exact match. I was worried at the dry version of my harvest and was wondering why they looked way different then expected.
Thank you. Yeah, its my first grow. So learning alot this time around. I have two other plants thats been going at the same time of the diesel. Hopefully they dont have the same issue. The other two def dont have the stretch issue. This diesel stretched just in a few hrs and was unexpected and i know that had a lil bit to do with the lack of yield. But this strand doesnt get big humungous buds compared to the other diesel auto grows from autoseeds on this site. So it also could be do to genes of the plant. Ill start flushing today i was gona wait till friday but since that window is open ill do it sooner
Ill tell u one thing hydro and autos arent the way to go for me. Next time ill be doing soil. From what i can see. Soil has produced the best when it comes to autos. I feel that because i have to move buckets and drain and refill is causing stress. So i will be leaning towards soil grows for autos and keep the regular plants in buckets.
i used it in its stretch phase because she was stretching too much. If i hadnt used the scrog. She would of hit the lights. But since the buds have gotten a bit bigger the stems couldnt support the weight i guess from the stretch. So i just leave it at the top to ensure she doesnt lean over and snap.
