Orange Bud Auto DWC

Germination was successful in Orange Bud Auto. Light is set to 40 percent. So far everything is going good. Using a New Level Hydroponic 5 gallon bucket. Nothing much to report. I did my first lst about 2 days ago. I have not had to do much , but adjust water ph 2 days ago. Was a few drops of ph up. So far orange bud is doing good. Letting water level go down as days go. My misters run 30 minutes every hour on roots. She had a big growth spurt this week as well. I am using a New Level hydroponic 5 gallon bucket system.. Orange bud is doing really well in the New Level Hydroponic 5 gallon DWC. I applied lst and minor defoliation this week. Had to add a few drops of ph down one day. Likely be a reservoir change next week. Orange bud is growing great. I had to spike the reservoir when adding some water. Been slowly letting water level get lower. Trying to hold off on res change till flowering. Which should be any time. The res spike was a pre flowering mix. Roots are developing really nice. The bucket Is a 5 gallon New Level Hydroponic bucket. I did add the anchor points for training. Everything else is going great. Well I pushed it till my solution dropped out. Suffered very slight damage on lower leaves which are coming up on being pruned. I just doubled the strength of my first solution with a little extra potassium in new mix. As I add more water I will likely add more bloom booster if needed. The hydro bucket is from New Level Hydro. It is a 5 gallon with meter for water level, and attachment for easy filling. Nice tight lids, and predrilled hole for airline. Website link at the bottom. Using the SE3000, and turned up to 100 percent now. The 4 inch inline fan, and smart controller is really nice. Been looking to add one to my home built rooms. Did more lst as week has progressed. She needs a good defoliation very soon in center. I am looking for a nice good stretch to fill the tent. So far I have had excellent growth till solution change. I think she has now removed well. I changed my mister times to a half hour mist once every 2, and a half hours. Was a little too wet. Still dialing in proper amounts in dwc. This is my second dwc grow. Orange bud has been growing really good since solution change. She is wanting more potassium. I will add some in with water as it is needed. My ph is climbing just a little faster then I like. Hopefully with the potassium boost it dials me in better. Keeping it in check though. 4 out of 5 misters was still functioning today. They run for 30 mins once every 2 hours. Everything is going good. The Spider farmer SE3000 is nice in the small space. The smart controller and 4 inch inline fan works great. Orange bud had a pinch of a struggle with not enough nitrogen. I changed solution and stopped that a few days ago. When I pruned the lower side the handful of leaves with damage were removed. Think my nutrition got a little stronger then I anticipated after plant used the water. Gonna watch a few more days, and see how levels change. I will change it again if I have to. The New Level Hydro bucket was great telling water level till my roots hit bottom. Works great if there is a sink close by, and a hose to attach them for fill. Orange bud had a interesting week. I changed solution because it was too strong causing nute burn on tips. Been adding hydrogen peroxide about every other day when I add more water to solution. Ph has been pretty stable since change. she is starting to develop her flowers. She is growing in a New Level hydro 5 gallon bucket. I added the inside mister, and anchor hooks on top. Pretty nice bucket system especially with the hook ups on the bucket. Which before I forget the mister is off now due to clogging. The Spider farmer SE3000 is great in the little 2.3x2.3x5 foot tent. Which has the 4 inch inline smart controller extraction fan attached. Works really well on keeping humidity and temperature in range. My fans blow down from center area, and air intake in around bottom and the window slot. Bucket sits on concrete basement floor to keep solution cooler. I did a solution change again. She looked to be still burning but not as bad. So she should be good to go now. She is starting to go into a bulking stage. My mixture has been off. So hopefully it is more dialed in. Regardless it is still growing well. She is in a 5 gallon New Level Hydro bucket. Link below. Growing in spider farmer tent with a SE3000, and 4 inch in line fan. Well. Learned some stuff this week. So 1ml to 5 gallons is not enough hydrogen peroxide at 3 percent. Should be 2 to 3 ml per gallon. So I was not keeping solution sterile enough. I also invested in a solution more suitable called hygrozyme. So hopefully once I get it I can apply to all my solutions, and maintain a more sterile root environment. 🤞 I am newer to DWC growing, so can't win them all. It will still produce some flower. Just not like it could. Has a great orange smell. I will have to redo this grow just for my love of oranges alone. 🤤 I been growing her in a new level hydro bucket 5 gallon. Link below. Well root rot won the battle here. I will get a little bud off it. This is why I am trying hygrozyme. Plus still using hydrogen peroxide for extra air. I will grow this again. It smells great what is there. This happens when trying new things. I don't give up that easy though. So added the hygrozyme. She should be getting close to done. Was growing great till I got root rot in flowering. By then it was too late and lost most of her potential. Just harvested her. Learned more during this grow about hydro. I still got a ways to go.
