Wow, it's been a really good week for this plant, lots of growth considering that I'm doing some pretty aggressive trimming and training. The plant seems to like the nutes I've been using, but it's a bit of a pain to mix from six laundry soap bottles, If your growing 20 plants it might be a bit different, but for one or two plants it's time consuming and messy, sticking to powdered nutes once I use these ones up. Flipped to flower this afternoonand gave a nice feed of 3L water and 4mL honeychome with 2mL Dr. M.J. and I'll introduce Bloom to the feed schedule this week. So far 0 issues, the plant is happy, about 28 inches below the Viparspectra XS 2000 at approx. 65-70%. Always growing with Viparspectra!! Thanks for stopping by๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ‘Š.. See you in a week..

Nice growth ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘ if you're interested in trying out organic living soil thegreensunshineco.com has a great premixed product called Earth Dust it's dry amendments in two bags one mixed into the soil to start then two top dressings for flower and water that's it. No more testing water just put a simple filter on your hose to catch the chlorine and water straight from your hose. I use the stuff and I like it, I don't work for them or benefit from any sales I'm just sharing my experience... good luck ๐Ÿ‘

@Ganjah_gr0wer,Thanks๐Ÿ‘Š.. I sure learned alot in the last couple years, mostly from the great people on this site. You can read alot of magazines and do your research online or wherever, but nothing compares to talking to and growing along with all kinds of growers who are looking to harvest big sticky BUDS๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ.. I think it makes a huge difference to be able to see other people's plants and the way they do things and you change it up a bit and do your own thing๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿ˜ƒ The EXPERIMENT continues.. Later!!

@northernMike, Nice, I love when the gas is dank. I grew some Moby dick from Canuk, and it didn't let me down, I think they are a lot more selective on which strains the breed with. Premium weed is what we're all looking for you though man I commend you for sharing your journey with us. keep it up

@Ganjah_gr0wer,I've grown a few strains from Canuk Seeds, autos and photo's and have had great success. My Strawberry Banana was my best photo so far, take one bud out of the jar and it smells up the whole house. Premium weed๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ..

@Cyrusdavirus,Thanks Much๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ‘Š.. I've had great success with Gaia Green but I've only used the two products, 4-4-4 and 2-8-4. I really like the Dutch Sciences line-up, also organic. No more liquids for me after I finish with the Emerald Harvest, Not saying it's a bad product or anything, plants seem to like it. It's just not for me, why pay for water? Still keeping an eye open for an organic bud booster to use late in flower, I used to use organic Big Bud from advanced nutrients, but I can't get that in Canada anymore. RQS has some easyboost nute sticks, also organic, can't get that in Canada either, got to wonder why? Thanks again.. GROW BIG!!!

@northernMike, ah I see, just saw you were having issues with the laundry bottles ๐Ÿ˜† and thought I'd share what I use. I've heard good things about the Gaia I wanted to try it but it wasn't available in the states. A friend had suggested the es lights to me and I found their dust nutrients I've been using them probably close to two years now. I guess I can get Gaia here now but I'm happy with what I have now. I've been looking into those Grow Dotts and have been thinking about trying it out though I don't know if you've seen em they sound pretty simple and I like simple ๐Ÿ˜† Good luck Sir and happy growing ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿป

@Cyrusdavirus,Thanks๐Ÿ‘Š.. I have the ES 180 v3 but I can't get the Earth Dust shipped to Canada for some reason? I'm growing Cindy 99 100% organic using Dutch Sciences, really happy with their nutes. I use Gaia Green as well, just the 4-4-4 and the 2-8-4 for flowering, I try and use these nutes for auto's because it's a little harder to overfeed and burn your plants and auto's don't need lots of food anyways.. My other two diaries are an experiment with two different non-organic nutes, both seem like good nutes, but I'll be getting away from the liquid nutes as soon as there used up, powder is much easier and takes up way less space on my shelf.. Thanks again๐Ÿ‘Š..

@Sparkles,I've been trying Big Cannahuna nutrients, Canadian made. Or Dutch Sciences, 100% organic!!! made in Canada as well.. Check it out.. Later!!

@northernMike, Iโ€™m in the same boatโ€ฆgonna finish what I have and switch to salts in the future.
northernMike
northernMikecommented3 years ago
@Sparkles,Thanks๐Ÿ‘Š.. Both these plants took the top and chop like champs๐Ÿ’ช... I think I'll be getting rid of all liquid nutes once I use them up, 6 bottles with the Emerald Harvest + a cal-mag, 1-2mL from all 6 bottles everytime you feed compared to 1 scoop of powdered nutes, way easier, and your not paying for water.. Later!!!

northernMike
northernMikecommented3 years ago
@Wyregrasser,Thank you very much๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ‘Š.. Thinking of flipping to flower today, their starting to get big now and I think these plants will turn into monsters as soon as flowering begins. I might try and use the trellis netting that I've had for quite awhile and never tried.. Later!!!

Explosive growth this last couple of weeks!๐Ÿ˜
northernMike
northernMikecommented3 years ago
@ManicMiner,Ya, they really took off, not to much difference with growth, considering the different foods, but the Super Lemon Haze is quite a bit darker than the Tropicanna Glookies, but both plants are healthy.. Later!!!
