My plant sprouted 5 days ago, because of temps last night I left the light on and will for the next few days to maintain temp. Its an autoflower but I like having a dark period for my autos. Will it hurt anything if I go back to 20/4 or should I let it ride?

It will not hurt, 20/4 is a great light schedule. Honestly, don't worry about transitioning it or anything it is an auto and will not mind, especially at this early stage.

I always dislike this stage because it feels soooooo slooooow lol, my leaves are green and happy! So no complaints. I am watering with a tray on bottom to avoid the roots growing in the top of the soil like the did on my OS run, I feel like that was why it didn't get very big. Anyway, I'm still trying to lock in my environment, might add the other light back into the mix in the next week or 2 as long as temps won't be a problem, I don't have an elaborate setup so I'm trying to get used to things like how much air comes in thru the windows and where, etc. It's starting to work but my humidity is a little less than I'd prefer for rn, (in the mid 50s usually, want in high 60s) so vpd a bit off. Anyway, I'm stoned and rambling, happy growing!

Soooo, usually I find veg stage to be boring unless I'm training the plant. This is not the case here lol. This plant (Sharon Marsh 🤪) is majestic! She has been growing wide, big booty style, and every new set of leaves just makes me happy as can be! The growth has been great this week, and those last 2 pics that I put the times on, the significance of that is that my lights are off between 12am-4am, so that happened with the lights on for basically 2 1/2 hours lol. I'm loving this grow so far, I think the earth dust is magic too, the old stuff I was using was trying its best to do what this stuff actually does! Saw the 1st pistil this morning as well, so when I go home for lunch I'll add the Boost to the topsoil give her a good bath. Happy growing fam!

It got cold a few times this week, she doesn't like the cold! When it's the correct temp in the tent she grows like crazy, noticeable growth between me going to work and coming home. Still doing her thing when it's colder but I'd like for it to stop fluctuating, for the plant and for me 🤣 Saw some prefower pistils this week! Soon as I did I added the earth dust boost, started getting just a hint of tip burn but Green Sunshine Co says it is to be expected when you add the boost so I guess I'm doing it right. Gave her a dose of recharge anyway because why not lol. I tied 2 branches out to the side a bit, but mostly have just been tucking my bigger fans, and her branches are fairly even on their own, I'm loving this growth structure! Until next time, happy growing fam!

Hey all! She has started to flower! Stretching like crazy, she's throwing pistils this week and starting to smell. Like, pretty stinky for this early lol. I took 4 fan leaves, 2 at a time, they were getting in the way of progress. I had my reservations about doing it but I'm glad I did, within a day all my bud sites shot up to the top! A couple of the branches that came from lower down have fewer nodes than I would like, but whatever lol, I'm still in awe of how even the canopy has been with minimal training. I did tie a couple of the branches out to the bamboo stakes, along with the defoliating it really opened her up, and when I cut the leaves I got my first nose full of the sweet berry funk of a terp profile, pretty awesome! This Earth Dust is good stuff btw, haven't had a single issue yet (knock on wood). Happy growing fam!

Had a 3 almost 4 day span where I wasn't home this week, she was a bit dry when I got back, and the bottom leaves were a bit yellow, so I gave her an earth dust boost tea, then a good dose of recharge. Honestly I don't think she was impeded by this at all, whether it's because the soil stayed moist enough or this plant is incredibly resilient I don't know 😂 there was probably heavy temp fluctuations during the same time, seeing as I was gone because I couldn't get home in our arctic weather spell, and she is just growing happy as ever! Gained 6" this week! The smell is fantastic, sweet berry and funk-butt at the same time lol. I think she's done, or close to done stretching, so I'm just sitting back waiting to watch these budlets swell up into respectable young ladies 🤩 as always, happy growing fam!

Had a really busy week, so not many pics and none of them are labeled by day 😑 but the last 3 are from yesterday. I think I may have overwatered it this week, I had some leaves toward the bottom yellowing, figured it was a bit early for all that so I gave her a tea, probably overdid it. I usually water about 1/2 gal every 36 or so hours, I gave her almost 1 gal and the next day had some twisty-crispys toward the middle, kinda randomly arranged, so I figured I must have watered too much and locked out something, perhaps the roots are displeased 😔 either way, my plan is to let her dry, water appropriately, give her a tea and some recharge and hope for the best lol. In any case, she is definitely doing her thing, starting to frost up on some of the budlets already, smells like weed Heaven 🤤 happy growing fam! wish me luck in recovery lol

Sooooooo....what's done is done, last week I let the soil dry out like an asshat, may or may not have affected anything because this girl is just packin-n-stackin 😍 I gave a tea and a dose of recharge same day I posted last week, none of the new growth is dying off in the same fashion, though all my tips look really tired lol, I think the tea may have been a bit strong. I feel like I'm riding the line between pushing her to her limits and killing her lol, but she seems to be loving every minute of it 🤣 in any case, as you can see she's packing on some flowers, her smell has transformed from happy grape n berries to angry berry skunk meat hunks 😆 it smells rancid in the best way possible lol. Frost coverage is amazing as well. I saw the first few pistils start to darken today, going to give her nothing but water from here on. I'm excited for this one growmies! Happy growing fam!

She's ripening up pretty quick, I'd say she'd be done in the next week or 2 but a few days ago she looked a month away 🤣 like 1% darkened pistils and 20% milky trichs turned into 50%+ pistils and 80%+ trichs in the last 4 days or so, still not equipped to take good close ups so sorry about that growmies, but I can see them pretty good with my little pocket microscope. Anyway, been strictly water since the last update, and will stay that way, I've been letting her suck every bit of goodies out of the leaves and watching the pretty colors lol, I feel like in the past I've freaked out and tried to fix these late stage deficiencies and made things worse, I'm just pulling leaves as they die completely this time and my buds are getting fat and dense (which is what we all care about the most right?). Took a pic this morning before plucking dead leaves, which I did before my pics last week, and pics afterward, so you can see the progression and time frame, I feel like at this rate she's going to finish with no fans a bunch of sugar leaves and juicy buds 😅 I'm stoned and rambling, happy growing fam!

Just a few pics this week, I've been super busy and injured my knee to top it off 🙃 i took her top cola and a couple satellites, 43g wet, she was just about all milky maybe 2-3% amber, the rest of the buds were suffering ( I'd like to upgrade my light situation soon). It was a good enough idea lol, chopped her on day 65, and, as always, defiled a nug by drying it on top of my PC fan (pics are there)🤣 it was delicious and got me pretty elevated lol, can't wait to see what the buds I actually treat with respect do lol. Happy growing fam!

Was a nice easy grow, didn't log any wet weight but I have 32g in jars, gave 5g to a friend and smoked 4 more, so 41 total. She's a good one, very happy-type of high, but if I burn a whole big joint (1g or so) I'll pass out 🤣 which is good, because for the meds to make me sleepy I have to do it on purpose! Flavor is great, high is great, I'm running her again!

I don't think you hurt it , allowing the soil to dry does hurt the microbes and slows them making food but I doubt it got that dry that they were all affected it takes a long time for the middle to dry
the end.
