Auto Skywalwer Haze INDOOR/OUTDOOR

YockerCClown JEJEJEJEJEJEJEJE what's up buddies, here the good green goblin. I must say I messed up the label and it ended up like the little "Skywalwer." Well, as a first comment, I’ll say that everything germinated well in the jiffy, so I moved it to my little invention. I came up with the idea of making a mini greenhouse or indoor, whatever you want to call it, after seeing some guys achieve it at a Christmas fair, and it was holding up pretty well, so I looked into whether I could print something like that since I have a 3D printer, and I got motivated hehehe. This resulted in that beautiful mini indoor of 25x25x38 which I adapted to sit on top of the pots so I can use it on multiple occasions. Why did I do this? I did it because I’ve seen many videos and read quite a bit that it’s best to grow them or do the vegetative stage indoors and then take them out to flower. Plus, I didn’t want to make it too flashy and just one plant at a time. I made it with: -PVC pipes -PC fans (extraction and intake) -LED COB chip 50w 3500k + heatsink + fan + 90° lens + thermal paste -Digital thermohygrometers -3D printed parts. The plant was moved to the final pot on 12-29-2021, trying to keep humidity levels above 45% and trying not to exceed 30°, but here in central Chile, it has been very hot, so we are surviving here until the temperatures drop a bit. I printed a bottle adapter that simulates drip irrigation, I see it works well since the soil doesn’t get soaked and goes straight down, maintaining the correct moisture in the roots which is the most important thing right now. P.D. -I fertilized a bit with activera and fish mix with a 0.5 for 300-400ml of irrigation to support good growth and avoid future problems. -I adjusted the pH of the water on the 3rd day since I had no way to check pH, and it was at 7, I left it at 5.88. -In general, I spray a bit of warm water to maintain humidity when it drops too much. -I sprayed a bit of water with Neem Oil and potassium soap, and I also sprinkled some coffee and ground cinnamon around the plant, I did this because I started seeing a lot of ants heading down, I suppose it’s because my automatic watering leaves a perfect hole for making ant nests, I’ll see how it goes if I don’t water traditionally. YockerCClown Hello everyone, the goblin is back for an update 👺 04/01/2022 -Nothing to report. 06/01/2022 -Nothing to report. 07/01/2022 -I gave it a watering of 500 ml with 0.5 ml/L Activera, 0.5 ml/L fishmix, 0.5 ml/L B.A.C. Organic Grow. -pH 6.2 -I also took it outside because I had problems with my mini indoor, and to see how it handled the outside temperatures since I plan to make it flower outdoors. 08/01/2022 -It is now in the new indoor which I made a bit wider, everything seems to be going well, you can tell it took the B.A.C. well. -No watering. 09/01/2022 -Better vegetation is starting to show. 10/01/2022 -I gave it another watering with the same amount of nutrients; 500 ml with 0.5 ml/L Activera, 0.5 ml/L fishmix, 0.5 ml/L B.A.C. Organic Grow. -pH 6.2 11/01/2022 -I secured the top with a velcro to encourage lateral growth. P.S. -I could say that the plant grew 1 cm/day. -I’m applying a light LST on the first leaves that could turn into branches or so I hope hehehe. -I’m still having problems with ants, so I will apply diatomaceous earth to combat them. -I applied potassium soap and neem oil foliarly. -It’s starting to release a light, particular aroma.

YockerCClown Hi! I can't leave a long description -I have done 2 waterings of 0.5L; one with nutrients, and the other without. -I applied diatomaceous earth and Top Barrier foliarly to prevent pests. -It will be the last week before taking it outside.

YockerCClown This week we went outside to wait for the last stretch before starting to flower. They've been watered with 750ml every 3 days and 1 foliar application of Top Barrier.

YockerCClown As expected, it started to flower and shot up, reaching double its size in a week. -I increased the watering to 1 liter, adding more nutrients but trying not to exceed the recommended amount (less is more) and watering every 3 days. -I had seen bites on the leaves and thought I had pests, but it was just a moth that was bothering me. -I applied a solution of neem oil + potassium soap + diatomaceous earth foliarly to prevent issues. -There were some ugly lower leaves that were bitten by the moth, so I preferred to remove them to prevent further problems.

YockerCClown -I did a low pruning to encourage the growth of the spots that did have flowers. -I had to increase the watering since I've been losing a lot of moisture quickly due to the heat these days. -I increased it to 2L per day or every day and a half depending on the weather, alternating 1L of water without fertilizers and 1L of water with fertilizers. And that's it, I don't have much more to add, it's budding well, but I have a question... Should I keep giving vegetative fertilizers? Or should I only give the flowering ones? My question arises because I see many growers who continue to give vegetative nutrients. Cheers!

YockerCClown So far, everything has been going well. I've had some issues with a few predatory pests in the garden, so I've been applying foliar sprays of neem oil + potassium soap to keep all possible pests away. As for watering, I'm giving 2L: 1L of water at pH 6.5 + 1L of water and nutrients at pH 6.7 every other day. (I don't apply fertilizers with every watering to avoid salt buildup, since I've noticed that when I water, the soil still has fertilizers, so with just plain water, it's like the salts are being diluted in the substrate.)

YockerCClown The buds have started to fatten up more and the trichomes are beginning to turn more milky. Next week I will start watering only with water to do a "root wash," which is a bit misnamed but it's to lighten the substrate and not have it full of nutrients at the time of the cut. Problems/Questions: I've had issues with moths, grasshoppers, some white flies, and a few red spiders I suppose, but I've killed them. I would like to avoid them better, any advice? I use neem oil + potassium soap and top Barrier foliar. I notice it because sometimes I look at the stems instead of the leaves and overnight there are leaves with bites.
