They stretched a tiny bit more, so I had to move my lamp up a bit higher. Combined with the rope bondage I subjected them too, I managed to keep the light schedule @ 10 hours, at maximum power. I had to lower the power the previous weeks, but I didn't catch any signs of light stress. I feel like they might be missing something in their nutrition, since they are heavily mining their older leaves. I try to keep the pots clean and pick those out, in anticipation of molds etc.
The crystals are starting to show! As the buds keep fattening up, I saw the first pistils turning brown. Over the next few days, I saw the crystal layer (trichomes) slowly getting bigger.
The smell has definitely started to come in. Not hard, but it's noticeable when I turn my air purifier off. I wonder what effect it will have on it's lifecycle, but I'm guessing the carbon filter gets used more with the exotic cooking I do.
I'm very seriously considering to start topping these weeks off with just water, pH corrected to 5.8ish. I'm expecting it will take another week - or two - for these before I go chopping.
