First of all, sorry if my English is not perfect. I will do my best Secondly, I am in no way a PRO grower, I have done some growths, but I never put much time in it, and the result is usually good (with room for improvements), but the yield defiantly suffers in my opinion, and now I want to learn, and explorer different methods to improve the yields, and perhaps the quality. I have improved my soil, by adding about 20% perlite and 10% coco coir. In my previously growths, I used BioTabs ONLY (nothing more then the tabs you put into the soil), and I still have quite a few left, so I bought the starter pack from BioTabs with everything they recommend by their manual, to use for my current/future growths (At least the auto strains) and will properly look into other nutrients when I have used up my BioTabs For this grow, I am also going to try some new techniques. The plan is: Whenever they are about 2 levels high (Around start of week 3) I plan to replant them all into 20L pots and top them. After a week or so I will try for the first time to do Main-Lining (Fingers crossed I succeed). Slowly after that I will do some LST (Also for the first time), and at some point, I also plan to do some Defoliation. There are many new techniques I have never tried before, and I hope to learn them by running this grow. The soil I use for this grow is properly not the ideal, but it have worked for me serval times. The soil is 70% sphagnum and 30% wood fibre. PH = 5.8 - 6.6. Degree of humification: h5-h6. EC: 25-45 mS/m It contains the following minerals and nutrients each cubic meter: Nitrate-N 52g, Ammonium-N 88g, phosphorus (P) 70g, potassium (K) 149g, magnesium (Mg) 5g, Boron 0.3g, molybdenum 2g, copper 1.2g, manganese 1.6g, zinc 0.4g, iron 0.9g. Any advice on picking the right soil is very appreciated! The germination method I used was paper-towel, and it went surprisingly fast. Around 36 hours later they where sprung out, and I planted them in small pots, maybe under 1L (Day 1 picture) Now the plant has begun to show it self :) (Day 4 pictures) Day 7: All plants looks good and healthy, yeah! Good start. They tend to be a little high, so I have placed the light a little closer :)

My babies seems to turn a little yellow. Is that normal, or do I have some issue(s) here?

Hey, your little ones are not looking to bad at all. I would not worry to much about it. One thing of advice is that autoflowers are not as heavy feeders as Photoperiods. If you give them to much feed they can sometimes enter flowering early. They will benefit from a flush entering flower to clear out any built up salts in the soil before feeding gets heavy. this link is a good reference points for strengths of feed. still have to go by what your plant is telling you though. https://www.autoflower.net/forums/threads/med-man-method-feeding-chart-ppm-ec.47856/ Best of Luck and Happy Growing!

My plants are becoming more yellow and now also showing some brown/yellow marks. I'm afraid it’s because I may have splashed some water containing a little bit of CalMag on them one time, not knowing better. Might that be the issue here? And most importantly, what should I do?

It does look like they have had a bit of burn from some water droplets. are you balancing out the waters ph as well? or just adding in calmg to its water? Your diary says the lamps distance to the plants is 10cm, or just under 4 inches. That is way to close. If it's meant to be 10 inches that's also a little close for seedlings sometimes. I would aim for anywhere between 25-35" for sprouts on a 600w led if that the true wattage its pulling. Some of them also have dimmers. Some of this could be light stress but I'd like to confirm the lighting distance before thinking about that. If you light manufacture has a PPFD map you can reference then use it as a guide line and adjust from there. Good Luck and Happy Growing!

Is my LST / Main-Lining done correctly or should I make some changes? Is my LST in fact Main-Lining? Any tips or advice is much appreciated!

Main lining involves LST so yes, you are actually using both principles, although LST on its own does not necessarily involve topping. Also, 18/6 is better for your plants, they need sleep to function properly. Don't worry, growth will be identical, if not better with more sleep. Ease up on the nutrients, they are very, very dark green, half to three quarters strength nutrients is usually plenty. Do not defoliate, - less leaves = less energy being made = less growth. Since they are autos and considering what you have already done to them, I would just leave them to do their thing without further interference. Nice job though.
