Looking at your diary I don't see PH number for when your watering? and that your using recycled miracle grow substrate.
if that medium was not prepared and cleaned it could be part of your problems, sometimes pathogens can hide in there if its not composted or heated before hand. It also might be depleted in terms of nutrients.
As the baby sprout in week 1 and 2 it was looking proper, real good. Now as its growing up its looking a bit sad and lemon lime vs green. so the seeds where good makes me think its in the medium more so. How are your monitoring the PH of the soil to know its a bit acidic? and what PH did you get for it?
Few things to try that may help you improve your grow.
1)Try and heat the room a bit in the day, 18c/64.4f is not bad, but wold be nice to get that around 21c/69.8f, Night time temps could also be boosted by a few degrees as well.
2)Start monitoring the PH of your water. What PH you want will depend on how your feeding them. Dry amendments like Gaia Green/Dr.Earth or liquid feed like BioBizz/General Hydroponic. Normally dry is anywhere between 6.4-6.8PH and liquid is anywhere from 5.5-6.2.
3)Give your plants some food, the lemon lime green colour to me says I'm hungry and need a bit of food daddy.
4)Try lowering the light a bit to give it more to work with, 2"-4", they are not stretching so that's a good sign the light is descent, If you have a light meter use it and try and find its PPFD or PAR rating at your current canopy level.
Sometimes some plants are better off at establishing themselves vs others. In my grow right now one of my plants is BOSS as its root game and everything else is the same for all the other plants, its just genetics sometimes. but we should be able to tell how to give them a boost by the symptoms they are showing us.
I think you can recover this and it will be a balling plant once your try some of the steps above and give it a day or two to eat. Might be best to use a fast acting fertilizer right now and mix in some organic stuff if you want to go that route.
Best of luck and happy growing!
