January 7: I started the germination off in a glass of water letting them sit for a day or two until the taproot came out of the seed. January 8: Afterwards the seeds were transferred to a plate with paper towels on the 8th. I put the plates on a radiator on low heat and made sure the paper towels stayed moist. This method may seem like to much work and to elaborate, however this method has worked very well for me in the past I decided to stick with it :) January 9: All seeds have split open and I think they're ready to be put in solo cups containing pure coco coir saturated with Canna Start & Rhizotonic at a PH of ~5.8 (see above). Jan 10: Conditions: 22°C, 40% RH => Humidifier should be purchased soon Watering at PH of 5.9 no nutes PPM of ~120 Jan 11: Same conditions and watering as Jan 10 4 Watermelon Zkittlez and 2 Laughing Buddha have sprouted/are beginning to sprout. Jan 13: All seeds have sprouted. Conditions: 18°C, 39% RH

Jan 14: Amazingly all 25 seeds fully germinated (16 from this grow, 9 from the other). I am really happy with this turnout. Today I am giving the the last feed with Canna Start, Afterwards I'm gonna be moving forward with the Canna Coco line of nutrients. They're all looking happy and healthy for now Jan 17: Feed with Canna Coco A&B, and Rhizotonic at 410 PPM and 5.9 PH. Jan 20: Feed same as Jan 17 Planning on transplanting on Jan 21.

Jan 21: The plants were transplanted in 11L pots containing a 90% coco 10% perlite mixture saturated with 2.3ml/L Canna Coco A&B and 4ml/L Rhizotonic. Jan 23: They are still recovering from the transplant but they seem healthy. Jan 24: Some of the plants have twisted leaves, not top worried about it as they seem pretty healthy but I will keep an eye on it. I have also noticed some purple hues on young leaves. Jan 26: The temps were def too low (19-20°C @ day). The ducting was originally venting outside of the room through the ceiling but apparently air was pulled in through the cracks.. I removed the hose for now and I am getting temps between 26 and 29 °C which will do for now. Feed at 420 😎 PPM and 6.9 PH

Feb 4: Water @620 PPM (1.8ml/L Coco A&B) Feb 5 - Training: Topped the plants above the 4th node. The very bottom nodes were removed. The largest fan leaves on top were tied down with gardening wire. Hope I didn't go overboard 😅 Feb 6: Feed @680PPM 2ml/L Coco A&B Still recovering from training. Feb 8: Feed @680PPM with 1ml/L Canna Boost Feb 10: Feed @785PPM 2.3ml/L Canna Boost 2ml/L Canna Boost Humidity (65-75%) is too high as im switching to 12/12 tomorrow. Probably due to the amount of plants and pots. Will get a dehumidifier soon.

Feb 11: 1st day of flower Feb 12: Bumping up the nutrients: Feed@870 PPM 2.8ml/L Canna Coco A&B 2.5ml/L Canna Boost No more Rhizotonic The airflow situation has to be improved, getting some extra fans soon 😁👽 Might defoliate next week. Feb 16: Feed @840PPM Same nutes as Feb 12 I did some defoliation/lollipopping. This was done 5 days after initially switching to flower, which I hope is not too early but we'll see 😈👽 Additionally, I set up the trellis net and spaced the branches apart, I guess this is a SOG/SCROG hybrid grow. I am now watering with an adjustable waterpump and a hose, although it is still a little too fast, as it pumps a liter in roughly 7.5s. Therefore it is hard to water each plant equally, meaning that I will have to eyeball it, which could be a good or a bad thing, we'll see. Humidity is still very high, but the dehumidifier will be arriving next week, so I'm not too worried at this point.

Feb 18: Feed@880PPM The plants have already recovered nicely from the defoliation, lollipopping and training on the 16th. The branches were readjusted for the trellis netting. This tent is going to be packed to the brim with buds, really maximizing the space which I have not done in the past. I hope humidity will not become an issue. Might get an extra fan to prevent rotting and molding. Feb 19: Did some more defoliation and LST with the trellis net, also some high stress training where the net wasn't in an ideal position. There are a ton of future bud sites and a lot of potential 😁 They will be growing very dense and close to eachother, so I need to make sure the airflow is adequate. Feb 20: They have already perked up since defoliation, I'm going to let them be for a while now 😆 Feed@870PPM Bumped up nutes to 3ml/L Canna CocoA&B & Canna Boost Feb 22: Feed@920PPM Feb 25: Feed@950PPM 3.2ml Canna Coco A&B 3.5ml Boost

March 5: Water @1050 PPM I think I need to do some defoliating soon.. 😆 Bud developement is relatively slow for 3 weeks, but they should fatten up more quickly now March 8: Some plants are very far behind when it comes to bud growth.. They'll catch up though 😌

Hi my plants are very dark green due to overfeeding: I mistakenly fed 4ml/L of Canna Coco A&B for over a week, although 3.5ml is the recommended amount by Canna Now the buds smell pretty bad Should I flush with water, or just half strength nutes? Would this affect my yield? Thx

That is way too strong. You are giving 3.5 combined right? Not of both. As I don't think that such high dose is good, clearly it wasn't. And that extra .5 wouldn't do much you'll need to cut them even more and focus on bloom nutes. It's not soil. So a hard flush and then you can go back to feeding with nutes the next day. After every feed that day water should follow behind your nute feed, doesn't even have to be run-off just enough to come behind the nutes to flush out residue/salts. When you say smell funny what do you mean? That might be down to RH as I had this problem when RH was 70% in my tent the zkittlez I just harvested had like a funky mold smell, I scanned thru the entire plant no mold. Go my RH down to 57% for the last 2 wks and the smell was gone after a wk, would it be humidity, as overfeeding wouldn't really have an impact and canna products espically as they are organic right? Feel free to DM me.
