Pretty happy with the growth so far, into first week of flower, not showing much stretching yet or any signs of pistols, tucked her under the net to get as many tops up
Plenty of growth can see many pistols coming on the thunder(back left) gave them some microbe tea on day 13 of flower , will start using bio bloom instead the grow excited to see what she does in the following weeks
So I’m a new grower and I have the mars ts600 for flower and veg but I’m looking at getting some more power when in flower. I dunno whether to get another of the same light which is 100w or go for the mars ts1000 with is 150w but with both ts600 I would be pulling 200w together
I would recommend getting away from Mars! Much better lights out there still at a good price. Invisible sunled are my go to lights after using there ish 165 next to my sf1000 from spiderfarmer you can see the difference in plants
Coming on really well, they enjoyed there tea and have noticed a lot of heads shot up from below the canopy, cleared few leafs from under canopy and also added a bag for more co2
Just took few fan leafs off to open up the light from now on I’ll just be doing some tucking , buds strating to join and connect to each other getting chunky tops, looking really well
Really happy with the growth this week, can see there starting to bust again plenty more white hairs showing. Gave them some bat boost start of week and can see massive difference in the growth also the co2 bag has made a big difference, can’t wait to see what they do in the coming week. Happy Growing🍁
Not much to say this week, buds starting to dense up more now. Triple G back right yellowing need to keep eye on her weather she’s coming to end or some kind of deficiency, roughly a week or 2 before there down 🍁
Really like this strain it is very easy to train she showed no real sighns of stress. Had a great structure and was easy enough to train her under the net would definitely grow it again. Dried for 7-10 days then straight into jar to keep some of that moisture and cure
Great strain to grow, would definitely do it again. She don’t produce the biggest of buds but she definitely did dense up and she produced so many heads, she was the thirstiest of them all too
Nice looking setup brother. I would love to offer some advice if I may ? So cannabis plants love heat and humidity. The buds HATE it. veg we want nice warm temps and humidity for the plants to thrive in. low to mid 80's with lights on and no more than 9 degrees less with lights off. Now that you are entering flowering and bud sites beginning to form we would not want the humidity quite as high obviously but the plants will still want a warm environment to grow in. Your temps right now will cause slightly stunted growth and smaller bud development. Plants grown from start to finish in low 70s will have very small buds but VERY dense. We want the best of both worlds, So generally up until weeks 4 to 6 of flower depending on strain we run low 80's with lights on. After that we want to work it down to mid to high 70's and slowly widen the gap between lights on and lights off to more than 10 degrees. At this stage and only at this stage is that a positive thing for the plants as it will send extra energy into the budding process and resin production.
100W lights you could do to get them closer most likely for sure. We want to get as much PAR as those lights have to offer onto the tops of those plants. If you do not have them already get a PAR meter and a thermal temp gun. They will really really help you get the most out of your lights potential. @Gorrilla420, You have the right attitude and approach. Everybody can get to grow great cannabis as long as you have the will to learn and improve, You will always get it. It is really not as complex as some think & I hope my series will continue to help people understand that & learn along themselves.
