I have condensed the final 2 weeks into this last update. I had flushed for the last 2 weeks, hung to dry for 6 days before removing branches and weighing.
Ended up with approximately 8.5 ounces, 2 of which came from lower branches and will therefore be turned into butter.
Will continue to cure for the next month or so, testing out at different cure stages.
