Slow week still waiting on leaves to start there nodes to train and I’m probably going to top this one and root the top and see if I can make one plant turn into two good ones.
@Cyrusdavirus, It was alot more than I thought it was gonna be. They didnt look big but man they are loaded with resin . I was thinking six oz at most but I got double so I’m happy. After dry trim I might end up with half pound if I do it right.
@Ganja4Show, it’s turned out to be one of my favorites. You can see the exotic genetics in its leaf structure. When the light hits the fan leaves just right, it has a jungle green color with red stems that looks metallic almost
@Weeder_Griffin, Ironically I was going to scrap it out where I snapped the stem, but then I decided to keep her and see where she goes in the top it’s actually rooted so now I have two growing which worked out perfect so sometimes mistakes end up turning out to be a good thing
@CrazyHorse, I’m farther along with this ladie, I’ve just been too busy to post her pictures and updates cause of my gmp I harvested. I’ve got the shogun and two other strains I am behind on . Lol. I will say she tops very easy and grows beautiful fan leaves. However completely up-to-date by tomorrow sometime
@Cyrusdavirus, yeah I learned that if I wait it out untill they get there next set of branches ready to come out I flip and the branches just grow into small nuggs instead of popcorns. I like a low canopy so I let ‘em go about half of the size u go. But when I use a Scrogg net I’ll end them everywhere I see a square open lol.
@Itsgnomegrown, I will do my manifold and allow the branches to get about 1 foot tall from the soil if it's a sativa and about 18" if it's more indica dominant. Sometimes they'll trick me and pheno the wrong way and I'll get plants like the banana strawberry cheese I'm growing now I switched it to flower and it didn't stretch at all so it's real short. I fixed it kinda by leaving all the side branches on it so they are a foot tall with 50 +- budsites... plants are going to grow the way they want we have to adapt to them
@Itsgnomegrown, I love it.... I try different ways of doing things all the time to see what will happen, some turn out great others not so much 😆
Grow on my friend
@Cyrusdavirus, that’s why I bend down 90 without topping. I have one ready I’m gonna show u pics of . Takes months to catch em up but it looks neat and turns out to be a tree instead of a plant lol. I’ll send you them later
@Itsgnomegrown, how I decide what to keep or cut is I'll let it grow out and anything that doesn't reach the canopy goes bye bye. Anything to tall get bent down to slow it's growth.
except with my autoflower plants I let the tall ones go because I don't want to slow it down. Of course there's some that get crazy tall and I have to bend it
@Cyrusdavirus, it did didn’t it. I thought only the tips were going to start flowering up bud sites an d the middle nodes reached up right beside them so I don’t know if I’m gonna cut em off and leave just the tops or let it all bud out lol
@Cyrusdavirus, the super skunks are all in preflower now but only one grew the way it was suppose to. The other four are real lengthy with small but sites all over. I’m thinking bout lollipopping the bottoms and tying stakes to them.
It's really tough to get the timing right when growing them together I don't even try it anymore everyone lives in their own tents....
Looking good 👍 happy growing
@Cyrusdavirus, yeah they gre fine but I had to sacrifice 4 hours of light. man my super skunks blew up, they stayed small and petite till week 4 of flower and now they are full of buds all the way up on every branch lol. I’m gonna try sometime in the middle of next week to get all of them diary entry start it and post it so you can check them out they look nice I’m hoping they get thick like yours did on the tips
