Nickforpresident Been raining like crazy everyday since I've started this grow, which is not like our regular highveld conditions for this time of year. Therefore most nutrients I'm presuming are Bing washed away, and I'm currently contemplating using living organics soil when a repot, as a hot soil is a much better way to go for my current conditions. Plants were repotted on the 1st and hot soil is the way I'm going! Currently in 30l and 35l (green) pots, and plant to eventually push them into 50-75l pots. Look out for the other seed I'm growing here as well, which is HSO's "the new", which will be potted in a 275l container to see what we can get out of her...

Nickforpresident Finale got enough growth the start LST. Tied all the main stems down and always like to use a spiral method around the pot. Thinking about how to best do this on some plants as I plan to try a fabric pot for the first time (I'm stuck in my ways and regular pots are expensive when I want to go 50+litres. With all the rain, I've also decided to stop feeding additional nutrients because they are showing no deficiencies and the soil seems to be doing its job.

Nickforpresident Plants have been moved into 50l and 75l pots now and I've started to train them for a more even canopy in their final pots. They finally really starting to get some legs and getting visably bigger each day.

Nickforpresident Plant continues to grow in its new pots. The one in the plastic pot is by far the bigger plant even after all the LST, and I've decided to leave the other 75l plant to grow without any LST to see the difference in final weight produced...

Nickforpresident Plants conintue to grow... I've started taking more pics to to this diary. It's continued to rain most days, so I've fed the plants very little over the last month. However their stativa background is showing, as they are really starting to grow larger. My last grow had 20l pots so I am not used to the additional growth and how quick it comes once you hit the tipping point.

Nickforpresident Pretty sure the first of my plany hit flowering around 08 January. So now time to let them stretch out and see how big I can make them! Still not feeding any nutrients with all the rain we have been having this year. Makes me feel like I'm in Europe, it's so damn depressing... :P

Nickforpresident 1st full week of flower. All 3 are now showing signs of flowering. I'm a little disappointed, as I really thought I could do another 3 weeks in February before the plants turned, as we still are getting over 13hours of light at the moment. But outdoors can sometimes be unpredictable like that! Even my large indicia is flowering, however I shall make a separate diary for that plant in particular. I've started feeding biobloom in small quantities now as well.

Nickforpresident Defoliated the plants pretty heavily this week. Probably a few days too early, but I was excited, and I was also getting some WPM on some of the middle leaves from all the rain and little airflow. Left a few more leaves than I would have on an indoor grow, but have opened up the canopy quite a bit on all 3 plants.

Nickforpresident Still getting more rain than usual... I've gone ahead and ordered some Hypochlorous Acid as I'm noticing the first spots of mildew. This early in the grow I can see this ending up being a huge problem, but will try keep it under control as best as possible.

@NoTillGreenTom, Thanks 🙃 I'm used to growing in 20l pots, however upped them to 75l this year to see what the difference is going to be. At this point I'm not really certain what to expect! 🤷‍♂️🏼
