HookahCli For now, they are in a plastic container on a damp paper towel with water, without light or heat, inside a drawer, 5 Kandy Kush and 4 Kosher Kush put to germinate on 01/23/2022. Today, on day 4 since it all started, 2 Kandy Kush seeds haven't germinated, so I've replaced them with 2 bulk 1024 seeds I had. The 7 seeds that did germinate have been transplanted into 0.85L pots, and the two 1024 seeds will germinate directly in soil.

HookahCli They have already emerged from the soil and have cotyledons, but in a few days we will have true leaves. The two 1024s don't seem like they're going to make it, so I'll replace them with two others (Lemon Krystal bulk). These are seeds I've had for a while and I need to use them; some, after so much time, lose their germination power and are not viable, as has happened, and that's why our germination rate is poor/low.

HookahCli Photo from Thursday, it was watered a bit on Wednesday with just a little water and won't be watered again until Sunday, and the nutrients from above will be used. The Lemon Krystal are already coming out; the inner skin of the seed had gotten stuck, which was removed with some tweezers, and now they won't have a problem drying out and not being able to open. The others are noticeably more advanced and are doing well.

HookahCli The Kosher Kush on the bottom right has thinner leaves and is taller, the other 3 Kosher Kush have thicker leaves, the one in the middle bottom has a bit of purple color at the top. The Kandy Kush look quite similar, the ones on the sides are a bit taller, but they look pretty good. The Lemon Krystal are small and not very noticeable, but the one in the center left has slightly wider leaves. If you look at the bottom left one, it has a tiny plant next to it which is the previous 1024 that got left there in the soil, and the other one I took out and put in a cactus pot, which has also germinated, but it took them a while, that's why they're outside and we have the Lemon Krystal. In the next transplant, I'll take it out and put it in a pot in the patio.
They have been transplanted into 6L pots.

HookahCli d32 They have been watered a bit on top, the pot underneath still has water, but the top part is dry, I water a little to moisten the top, half of the normal watering.
d32 You can tell they have grown quite a bit, the KOK with the thin leaves is very soft, I will take close-up photos, it's different.
d33 It has a softer texture than the rest of the plants.
d33 For now, they are growing quite well, the LK are producing their second pair of leaves and the others are on their third pair.
d35 They have been watered with 2L, they have been moved, the KOK are in the corners, the KAK are from left to right in the center line, and LK are in the upper center and lower center.

HookahCli It has been 45 days since they were put in paper towels, we're going to switch them to flowering.
d46/d1
It's been set to 12/12.
There’s one LK, the one at the top, and one KOK that’s up on the right, both have spots on the old leaves, we’ll keep them under inspection.
d4
It seems like the problem isn’t getting worse with these two, I’ve removed Ryzofuel from the watering and added a little bit of Pro XXL, which is used during growth and pre-flowering, I’ve also added Suga Rush from Cyco that’s used throughout flowering and helps with better and more abundant blooms, plus it’ll help with flavor and aroma.
The humidity is quite high, I need to see if I should add another fan or look for a dehumidifier.
I’ve been thinking about doing some pruning and maybe keeping a couple of cuttings from the KOK since it’s rarer, but I haven’t had much time and I don’t have space for it outdoors; I already have other plans indoors.
I was thinking of cutting the apical from all of them and removing the lower branches, the idea was to leave them all with just 4 satellite nodes, but since this is the first grow on GrowDiaries, we’ll keep it basic and do more and better later.

Some are already showing pistils.
The KAK in the center has old leaves starting to show signs of deficiencies.
I might do a bit of defoliation one day this week.
d8
I've removed 2 pairs of leaves from the top that were blocking the satellite branches so they can receive more light and develop.
It's good for me to do it now and not earlier, because I don't want them to stretch too much.
There's still water in the pot, so I'll wait a few days to water.
d10
They have been watered.
They look pretty good, the satellite branches have started to grow.

They look denser, it seems that they haven't experienced much stress so they've continued to grow, which is what I wanted. Now the lateral branches are getting better light and are growing well.
Most of them have a good structure, they're quite symmetrical.
Bulk seeds, and you can see the quality they have; they're not super stable because they don't look that similar to each other, but they're not bad specimens in terms of structure.
We have the plants in the back, the area where the fan is blowing, and I've noticed that those plants have some leaves that are a bit yellow and soft. It seems like they've created some humidity pockets, so I'll need another fan to prevent these issues.
I've also checked a few plants, and they have what you could call the first satellite branch; it's very thin and hasn't grown in height to receive light, so those branches will be cut off.
P.S.: If you see a germinated seed in a pot, it's a 1024 that got left in the soil and seems to be struggling a lot, but it never gives up.
d15
Some have a pretty thick callus at the junction of the satellite branches.
The bottom branches, the first satellites of some plants, have been cut off since they aren't getting light and we won't need them.

They're starting to produce more pistils, the good stuff is coming.

They haven't been watered yet.
d24
They have been watered, they're progressing during pre-flowering, I'm adding humic and fulvic acids to help with the process, hoping the Suga Rush does its job too.

They keep progressing, it seems little by little, I haven't seen a big change in these days, let's see how the week ends.
They will be watered on d32 for now they are holding up with the water they have.
I don't like that the KAK in the center is so tall, I've raised the light up a bit so it doesn't burn the leaves.
The rest of the plants are quite short, I might consider moving that KAK to another spot with a KAK that isn't so tall.
d29
I've been looking at them and well, I couldn't help it and I've removed a couple of leaves from each one so that the light reaches the rest of the branches better.
I've also put a pot under a Kosher Kush, which is more compact and small, I've moved it to a corner, now it will get better light and I hope it grows a bit more since it gets better light.
The light has been raised a bit since the KAK in the center is very tall.
d31
I haven't watered them, I'll wait a couple of days.

Today I'm uploading photos from a few days before this week, better, we'll have more photos.
Today I took some time to check on the plants and I noticed that the Lemon Krystal are hermaphrodites, the one that was inside only has a few pollen sacs that aren't mature yet, I removed them and cut 2 branches that looked bad because of that, the rest of the branches seem to be doing quite well and are male flowers, the Lemon Krystal that's closer to the closet door is in pretty bad shape and I will have to discard it since I don't want it to pollinate the rest of the plants.
Also, I removed 2 male flowers from a Kandy Kush, the one on the right, it didn't seem to have more, just some spontaneous flowers, but bulk seeds can sometimes lead to these things, it's not normal, but it seems like the Lemon Krystal strain is a bit messed up... To add, the LK that seems like we can bring forward (but under supervision) has a branch with 4 buds instead of 2, cool, but if it doesn't start producing male flowers, we can continue to monitor it.
We have a bud from the Kandy Kush (center plant) that is double.
It could be that we have some pollination in the Indoor, but well, it's something that happened, I hope not to have too many seeds as it will lower the quality...
d35
Just some quick pics...
It seems that the deficiencies are progressing, by the end of the week we'll add a bit more fertilizer to see how it responds.

We have 2 KOK that are lagging behind in flowering, the rest of the plants are doing quite well, some are even starting to bulk up, that's why I watered them and added a bit of PK to the watering to help a little, I let them absorb the water well, 2 liters for all.
d42
They look pretty good, the deficiency seems to be progressing, it looks like Phosphorus, I'm not worried, they are advanced in flowering, it won't hurt them to eat from the leaves to be cleaner and have better flavor without being overloaded with fertilizer.
I'm going to keep adding EnzymBoom, Suga Rush, and Bestial Sugars.
We have 2 KOK that are quite a bit further behind in flowering, the LK we have left is the most advanced plant of all, it's starting to swell the central bud and produce quite a few trichomes, it’s worth noting that it has a lemon cake with cream smell, which is overwhelming, if you get picky about the smell, it has sour lemon notes, it's a somewhat pleasant yet somewhat overwhelming smell.

We're in week 8 since we changed the light cycle, and our Lemon Krystal is quite advanced, so in a couple of weeks, it'll be going to the hairdresser. You can definitely tell it's much further along than the rest. We have 2 Kosher Kush that are growing much slower than the other two; one of them seems to be showing a zinc deficiency. This has happened to me before, and it's due to the BioEcoQuelatos from Trabe, which if you overdo it a little, doesn't sit well with the plants.
The Kandy Kush are quite similar in terms of flowering; one is about half a foot taller than the other two, which are exactly the same, hehe.
The Kosher Kush aren't very stable, while the Kandy Kush seem to be of better quality in terms of stability. As for the Lemon Krystal, we can't compare it because there's only this one specimen left, but I think if they were the same as this plant, I mean if it were an IBL plant with smaller pots, half the width of the current ones, it would be an incredible SOG because it's very compact, but it's not that productive either. I do like the structure; it looks cool.
You can see in the last photo that some pistils are already brown...
They have been watered with the mix mentioned above, using 4L for the 8 plants.
d52
They have been watered with the same nutrient mix. Next week, I'll just give the Lemon Crystal water and something to help with the cleaning.

Today we have more photos, some close-ups, others not so much, hope you enjoy them.
I’ve done watering, but 3 different ones since we have 2 plants with some brown pistils, 4 that are finishing fattening up, and 2 KOK that are about to fatten up, each has been watered with 500ml.
For the more advanced ones, I only used Kleanse.
For those that are about to finish fattening, Bestial Sugars, Enzym Boom, TricoPlus 3ml/l, Suga Rush.
For those that are about to fatten up, they have Bestial Sugars, Iron, Enzym Boom, TricoPlus, Suga Rush, BioEnhancer.
d60
2 KAK, 1 KOK, and the LK have been watered with Kleanse and water to start the flush.
The rest, 1 KAK and 3 KOK, have been watered with Trico Plus, Enzym Boom, and Suga Rush.
Next week we’ll see how the leaves of the plants that are flushing are doing.

Some have been watered with water and Kleanse for cleaning, the rest with the mixture above without Kleanse, which are the ones that are a bit behind; those that were watered with Kleanse and water last week show that they've been feeding off the leaves and the cleaning is having an effect. They smell like they got a bite, but there's one specimen whose smell I don't like at all. We'll have to see if it's the same, better, or worse when smoked; we'll see... but if all else fails, this one is used for when there are guests, so they can try it, hehe.

They have all been watered with water and Kleanse except for the 2 KOK that are further behind in flowering, which have been watered with the same mixture above but 3ml/L of TricoPlus.

I have harvested 3 plants out of 8, I have watered 3 that are more advanced with Kleanse and the 2 KOK that are further behind in flowering, I watered them like last week. We have 5 plants left, soon there will be fewer until this grow diary is finished.
I harvested KOK1, then LK, and to finish the day, KAK3. They produced a nice central bud, the LK is super dense and feels heavy. It has been weighed wet, and when everything dries, I will add information about the LK harvest. I'll wait to harvest KOK and KAK until I get them all.

They have been watered the same, with Kleanse for those about to finish and the two KOK that are slower with TricoPlus, SugaRush, and EnzymBoom.
