Started the germination process in a glass of water, after 24 hours or something I took it out and put it in a paper towel.
I kept it in the paper towel for 1-2 days, afterwards I put the seedlings in my flower pot.

I'd guess a bit too much water as well. I've never grown a WW in 24 hour light cycle either, so you may not be giving her enough time to do anything with all that light.
