Defoliated twice since last update just light strip backs of any larger fan leaves covering bud sites etc .
Very very happy with the veg period of these at week 7 😎🍄🍄👩🏻

Gave all 22 plants a lovely defoliation and they have absolutely bounced back since this morning already as the video shows , filling the gaps up and airflow just going around nicely 👍🏽 We’re going into flower within a week 👍🏽
