This is my third time growing Caramelicious. MSNL, sent me 2 freebies with an order. I have grown and harvested. Blueberry Kush, Afghan, White Rhino, and White Widow. I have to say out of the bunch Caramelicious takes the cake. From the way it grows to it's sweet smell and taste definitely my favorite right now. I popped 4 seeds into a glass of water on Feb 7th, did the wet paper napkin method on Feb 8th, and planted them on Feb 9th

I plan on trying to take a picture of this grow everyday or every other day. It's my favorite strain so far so I want to keep a more intricate detail of the process. I made the mistake of watering them after I placed the seed into the soil. Upon researching it afterwards I saw doing so could push the seed down in the substrate too far causing it not to take root. 3 of the four have sprouted one hasn't popped it's head up yet. As I write this it is only day 3, so I'm hoping it's a late bloomer and not pushed down too far. Day 4 They all have sprouted up and begin to take root. Caramel#3 and #4 both had a case of helmet head today I gently pulled the shell of of them. Everything seems to be running smoothly. 81° today in tent 68% humidity.

Today is officially the start of week 2. They all are progressing well. #3 and #4 both had helmet head. I pulled the shell off of both. Once removed the cotyledons were stuck together by some sort of membrane/film from the shell. I had to use small scissors and gently cut them apart. Now everything is well. I feed them about 1 liter of ph'd water with VermisTerra Liquid Worm Castings. It's been difficult keeping the humidity up to ideal level for seedlings. I've been averaging 52 in the night and 48 during the day. Not ideal but will be a great experience to see how much it affects the grow.

As you can see by my pics or lack there of, taking pictures everyday just didn't work for my schedule so I will continue with my once a week style. I take pictures the first day of each week. I loss electricity for 3 days during week 2. Day 2,3, and 4. Plants 2 and 3 grew a little stringy reaching for light. They were in the dark 3 whole days. The temp and humidity managed to stay within range despite not having a fan or my Cloud T4 running. Plants 1 and 4 don't seem to have been fazed at all. I feed every 3rd day. I started with 1 liter and progressed to 2 liters. As they continue to develope I will increase how much water I feed them. I fed them nutrients for the first time today. I mixed 1/4 tsp of Floragro, Flora Micro, and Flora Bloom, mixed into a 3 gallon sprayer. The mix suggests 1/4 per gallon at this stage, so I figured I'm giving them roughly 1/3 of the recommended dosage. My plan for this grow is to top 1, top and lst 1, and just lst the other 2. I also plan on using a trellis net for the first time. My focus is to keep the canopy as low and even as possible. Since they are in 10 gal pots my goal is to let them veg under 18/6 for 10 to 12 weeks, before the flip. I have only used 3 gal prior to this, so I am anxious to see how much more if any each plant yeilds.

I performed LST on my babies on Week 3 Day 5. They appear to have taken to it well without any adverse reactions. I fed them twice during week 3. Once on the 24th of Feb. Which was the first nutrients I gave them. I mixed 1/4 of general hydroponics flora series (Floragro, FloraMicro, FloraBloom) into a 3 gallon sprayer, so I figured I gave them 1/3 of the recommended dosage, I gave each 2 liters of water ph is a consistent 6.3 to 6.6 I fed them again on the 28th of Feb. 3 ounces of vermis terra liquid worm castings mixed into a 3 gallon sprayer and gave another 2 liters each.

I Feed them twice this week. Once 2 liters each of plain water ph'd to 6.6, and again today 3/8/22 2 liters of water with 1tsp of general hydroponics flora series Floragro FloraMicro FloraBloom mixed into a 3 gallon sprayer. 1/3 of what the manufacturer suggest. I continue to tie down the main cola, allowing more colas to get sunlight. I will have to start tying the other colas down as well in a couple of weeks at the rate they are growing. I plan on vegging them for another 3 weeks before adding the SCROG net, let them veg another 2 and then flip, I may skip the 2 week and just flip them once I add the net. Temps and humidity have been steady, all is well so far.

This week progressed normally. I continue to tie down the top colas allowing more light to hit the lower bud sites. The bottom half has already grown super tall. I may put the trellis net up sooner, than week 8. CF#2 and 3 are a bit taller than CF#1 and 4. From the beginning they have been developing quicker and bigger. I hope it's not because they are male, which normally is the case ( from my experience the ones that turn out to be male grew bigger and quicker than the others). I do have 2 different lights though, CF#1 and 4 are directly under my Phlizon 1200 and CF#2 and #4 are under my Gixxer 1000. Supposedly the Phlizon is stronger, however the plants under the Gixxer are the bigger ones, so I dunno. I accidentally topped CF#2 the main cola decided to snap from being pulled down. I'm not sure how effective it will be being that the plant had about 9 sets of leaves and only the top snapped off. Ideally when topping I would have cut it way shorter all the way to node 4 or 5. I guess time will tell. I am seeing ever so slight signs of nute burn on the tips of a few leaves, I will only feed ph'd water for the next few feedings. I've been on a 4th day feeding schedule with them (it's been averaging 3 days for soil to dry ) so I water on the 4th day. Last week on the 3/8/22 I fed them 2 liters each ph'd to 6.6 I stepped it up a bit and fed them 1tsp of each part of the general hydroponics flora series (probably why some leaves show signs of burns) mixed into a 3 gallon sprayer. So I still only gave 1/3 of what the manufacturer recommend, the bottle says 1tsp per gallon of each at this stage. After feeding I am left with 1 gallon of water. On 3/12/22 I fed them 2 liters each, instead of adding more nutes, I simply mixed in 2 gallons of tap water into the left over 1 gallon of water from the previous feeding and ph'd it to 6.6. it left me with another gallon of water. I also did some light defoliation on them today, removing a total of 22 leaves and 3 smaller bud sights between all 4 plants. I figured about 5 per plant won't hurt. The temps have been steady, 64-69° low at night 76° to 83° day, humidity between 52-60%. All peaches and cream so far!

The week progressed normally no hitches or scares. I don't want to speak too soon but I feel as if I've honed in on the amount of nutrients this plant needs. I have yet to see any signs of nute issues, not even slight burns on the tips. I've been giving 1/3 of the recommended dose by general hydroponics flora series. At this stage they recommended 1tsp of all 3 per gallon. I mix 1tsp into 3 gallons. I give them 2 liters each which leaves me with 4 liters left over. I keep that water and 4 days then add another 8 liters of water, ph it to 6.6 and feed. I repeat this process again 2 more times before adding more nutes. It appears to be the sweet spot. I guess yeild will tell! I flipped the lights to 12/12 about 3 weeks ahead of what I planned. I felt as if they were getting to tall and was getting fearful of the stretch. I got quite a bit of coverage for only 7 weeks of Veg. I wish I had of topped them and lst to control how they grow, but I was too afraid. I accidentally topped one, (CF#2 one under grow bag) so I now have an understanding of how to do it without the fear of messing up. I will call this a HSOG (Half Sea Of Green) lol.

The week is progressing wonderfully, it's been 8 or 9 days since I flipped them and they have completed the transition and are really starting to stretch. CF#1 is 24 inches, CF#2 is 32 inches CF#3 is 25 inches and CF#4 is 27 inches. #2 by far has been the biggest and quickest developer of the 4. I wonder if the fact that it is directly under the CO2 bag?? I fed them 1.5 tsp of the g.h. flora series this week, called myself stepping it up a notch. The second feeding I fed them plain tap water p.h.'d to 6.6 ish. I upped the amount of water to 3 liters for one feeding (the one with the nutes) it created alot of run off, which the plant eventually sucked up. I was a bit surprised because I thought for sure a 10 gallon pot would take atleast 2 gallons of water or more to see runoff. In this case it appears a little over 2 liters until the first signs of runoff. This is the first grow where my plants have made it this far without showing nute burns at the tips, they seem to be loving my feeding cycle. I plan on adding another trellis net in about a week or two, once they stop stretching, I know from experience with this strain the buds are going to grow nice and dense and cause the branch to sag over without the extra support.

I believe they have finally stopped stretching!! I love this strain🙌🏽🙌🏽. I lst these babies and the still stretched to nearly 5 ft tall. The main cola from CF#3 is only 3 inches away from the light 😱, however it's been about 3 or 4 days and I'm not seeing and signs of bleaching or it turning white. It appears to be normal, so I have not bothered to tie it down. The rest of the colas are about 10 to 15 inches away from the light. Between the 4 plants I'd say there are 30 to 40 different cola heads. They continue to get fatter every day. I have 2 trellis nets up and may have to pull up the top trellis to support the colas as they fatten. I upped the nutes to 1-2-3, gro, micro,Bloom mixed into 3 gallons. They are sucking up water a bit faster as well. I am having to see them every other day.

The week is progressing well they continue to grow and flourish. I just fed them today 3 liters each of 1 ml floragro, 2 ml FloraMicro, 3 ml FloraBloom mixed into 3 gallons. They take 3 liters every 3 day. The main Cola of CF#3 has stretched all the way to the light. I thought about tying it down, however the light has not bleached it as of yet and it's been about 2 weeks.

The week is progressing as usual. They continue to grow, flourish, and get denser. I continue the same feeding regimen, 1 nute feeding and 2 to 3 plain water feeding before another round of nutes. 3 liters seems to be the sweet spot for them in these 10 gallons. Every 3 to 4 days.

Today is the last day for these babies. Week 9 flowering day 2. It is a 10 week flowering strain. So I am early by about 1 week. The trichromes are right where I want them to be, mostly cloudy with a bit of amber. It has been a smooth grow. No issues at all, it is my 3rd time growing this magnificent strain, and will not be my last. Based on my previous 5 grows, each plant yeilded roughly 1 oz give or take. I'm expecting to double that. I will be pleasantly satisfied if I yeild 8oz or more. Stay tuned for pictures of the harvest and the update on yeild amount.

This wasn't my first rodeo with this strain, so I knew exactly what to expect. She delivered as usual. I love using this site to document my grows. It has been a resourceful guide for me as I navigate my way through my journey as a grower. Everyone who grows anything should use it. A great reference tool for yourself and others.
