The temperatures are also a bit low right now so slowing down growth but expected to change now that roots have hit the water.

jellybean So, week 2 but I lost two plants and had to start a new one so there’s a two week gap between them. Roots are healthy and doing well but I do notice the strange leaf structure. I assume it’s just the plant but I’m curious to see what the second one looks like. It’s been slow overall but I think they’ll pick up since both plant root systems are in the water.
That's weird I've seen in before but usually on mango trees and other fruit.. it's a form of canker...like a cancer for plants and it affected the mangos.. what happened to the others ..why did they die.. u might want to clean ur set up and double check the water quality before u add nutrients.. good luck..
