Hey now, I suggest starting your seedling in like a soil mix for the first couple weeks, then transfer to coco coir, coco can be a little finicky with seedlings....

coco coir jiffy's or peat pellets work great for germination.
like Tweezer mentioned start in smaller cups..
it's easier to manage water/nutrient wise also more concentrated..
get a good root structure and after +- 20 days transplant them in their end destination pots.
I'm in almost the same stage as you are in my current grow.
@HigherDesire, they work great as well. I actually use solo cups but I burn a bunch of holes in the sides and bottom to allow air to the roots and drainage. The most important thing is to not overwater a seedling. Once you got some nice roots, drop her into a larger pot with coco and watch her explode with growth....
