She's had a good strong week of growth this week, some new tops are popping up from the canopy which can be tied down with the main top later this week.
I'm starting nutrients this week, she had a small sip of her big sisters feed a few days ago and seemed to enjoy it, watered with take root and heaven today but will start using Grow in a few days / for the next feed.
A little limited on space as there are now 5 pots in the tent, waiting on another tent this week and I can free up some air and light space.
What can I say about this girl... I'm highly impressed with the way she's taken to training, currently she spans the pot (planted on the edge and trained to grow across to the other side) her main stem is super strong but I have some options to assist in holding the bufs up should it be needed.
The canopy due to the training is excellent, multiple tops are appearing and growing well, she probably has another week or so of veg so I'm hoping the tops already there develop well in that time.
I'm popping another one of these girls today so I'll grow that out differently for a yield comparison further down the line.
I was a bit worried earlier in the week as she was drooping and looking a little like her struggling sister. Thankfully she has bounced back really well, there looks to be a slight deficiency looking at the new growth so I'll try and address that this week. The stretch has started so she should be in flower next week
She's had a really good week, loads of growth during the stretch and showing multiple strong bud sites. She has grown bigger and stronger than anticipated so much so that she needs more space so the other smaller girls are being moved to another tent tomorrow.
This girl is absolutely massive and showing no signs of slowing down or stopping. I think she will go longer than the breeders time frame (nothing new there) but looks like she's going to be a big yielder.
Her buds are forming nicely and starting to fatten slightly which is good, however, I can't pinpoint the issue with the leaves. I've tried allsorts and just can't seem to resolve it. Some of the last week the temps have been high so that's caused a few issues but the apparent deficiencies have been ongoing for a few weeks. Still, she's growing strong so I'll carry on trying to sort it and see where she ends up.
Another good week, she has really packed on the weight and is starting to smell really potent and fruity. There's still a way to go and as usual it'll go well beyond the breeders advertised times. She does look and smell really good though so hopefully in 4 weeks I'll be harvesting this girl.
She's getting fat now, I've been singing timeless budding hits like fat bottomed girls, big girls are beautiful and I like big buds and I cannot lie... she seems to like it swaying happily in the fan created wind.
She is certainly hungry and ill remember that with the next one of these I grow, I'm not sure if the leaves are purplish due to a lack of food or due to her parentage (grand daddy purple), either way she has some seriously stinky sticky buds growing that I'm really looking forward to sampling.
I think another 3 weeks and she should be done but watch this space....
Another strong week for this girl, the buds dont seem to be getting any fatter now and the trichomes are turning cloudy so another week or two (give her time to put some weight on) and we should be harvesting.
Generally easy to grow, I harvested when around 90% of the trichomes were cloudy on the buds.
She seems to be drying well now on day 4 and she's almost there, and surprisingly less weight / density loss than I expected. She might lose more in the next few days but it should still be a nice dry weight.
