Alrighty then!
The growth seems to have begun again: buds are swelling noticeably, although very slowly. colas (both large and small) are literally covered in trichomes as if it was short fur. buds are super tiny and underdeveloped still but excellent resin production so far. Got a feeling that this crop will be small but potent.
The water intake consumption has been visibly lower, resulting for an unusually damp coco after 24hrs and 3L solution. I changed to 1.5 litres only daily, still producing 20% runoff.
Will update as the week goes by as much as I can.
@whenindoubtsmokeitout, looks like you got 3 to 4 weeks for sure left from pictures. Go off buds. Very light nitrogen in flowering, more potassium and phosphorus is what gives you buds. Your plant is showing potassium deficiency in leaf tips. Brown and straight is sign. If curls up it is nutrition burn.
@Roberts, thank you! I am mostly concerned about 2 points:
- I am beginning to noticing amber trichomes on the very edges of the smaller sugar leaves (previous damage related decaying?...). The trichomes on the flowers themselves are still mostly clear with few cloudy. As this is my very first take on growing, what rule of thumb should I be following so to harvest (and time my flush) at the right time?
- DO one start flushing upon noticing the right amount of cloudy/amber trichomes ratio, or does one needs to time the flushing so to achieve the wanted results by the end of week 2 of flushing?
@whenindoubtsmokeitout, thanks. I have grown 2 of those strains. Smell should be coming soon. I try to be informative, and basically try to answer any questions prior being asked. I appreciate the support.
