Well did u germinate it, I can't see any pics of her sprouted. What method did u use and for how long. And your PH is confusing. 5.8-7 what's that a guess? Mate with DWC ph/ppm is the most important. Is the water just below the net pot. Cause if the water is reaching the rock wool it's basically rotted away and you'll have to start again. Take away all the clay pebbles and take out the rock wool and see if it's sprouted or even growing roots. Your going to have to go through a process of finding your issue.

LiberFelix I failed my first grow. Thanks for all the help guys. I was using Canna Coco and should be using Canna Aqua in my DWS. Overfeeding (EC 1,2) was also an issue. I was not able to get the PH stable at a good level. Time for round 2

Good luck with your grow and don't forget to enjoy the process 😎👊 Let the seed just germinate in a rockwool block before even putting it in you DWC setup.. if this is the result after two weeks my two cents are if you got another seed to start over again. a seed doesn't need any nutrients to successfully germinate just water with the right PH lvl is enough to get a good start. also i see you are using Canna coco nutrients.. you are not using any coco as medium. Canna offers different products for DWC like your setup. like Canna Aqua or Hydro big + with Canna Aqua is that it has a PH stabilizer.

@Ganja4Show, thank you for your reply. I’m using a Jiffy plug, coco coir sat in pellets to stabilize it. I tought I needed Canna Coco for this. Is this wrong and I should have used another combo? Thanks

@LiberFelix, it's not wrong that you used that jiffy plug but the Canna coco nutrients are used if you grow in Coco coir like a replacement for soil.. the only use of this jiffy is to create a foundation for your plant it needs something to grow in in the beginning obviously. you are growing DWC meaning that the roots will be directly exposed to the nutrients. I don't have experience with DWC. but did read a lot about it. And also seen some other Diaries where people use Canna coco nutrients while they grow in DWC and they all encounter some problems. I am not sure if you entered the correct amount of ml/gal in this diary but what it shows right now is way too much. scout around on the site of Canna you really can find a lot of information on there. if you have more questions just PM me I will answer to my knowledge or guide you to other sources.
