2 plants in aerogarden led 70w

Started 1st ever grow read alot about the next gen autos from shortstuff so ordered dr feelgood due to the nature of the plant small stealthy and importantly meant to be strong Started off with only the aero garden light 20w and there neuts at the strength it read on label a amateur mistake from me and i have a 5v usb air stone lol also had a another seedling in same resoirvoir short stuffs him blu diesel check my other journal for that or like out the vids i bought 5 feelgood fem auto and got 5 free shortstuff fem mix seeds germinated very easily using paper towel and rockwool i havnt lost a seed yet i rate them highly and that not a sales pitch nothing in it for me

At this stage iv been researching and come to terms with overfeeding and reading horrible reviews of miracle grow and weed lol i cut the nute down to a quarter plants seemed ok to me typical amateur stuff i had no ph tester or ppm and the resoirvoir i didnt clean properly but started to notice drooping and dark colouring so researched and thought it was solved switched lights to 24hr due to cold weather in room and temp was droping 15-16c

My humidity was really low in the low 30s couldn't get it up not the plants really showing problem i researched and come to terms i need a proper air pump so changed that and decided to to 5x50cm led 5050 red/blue 5-1 as side lights looked at the root zone dr feel good has the dreaded root rot so i pulled res out of grow box took it to my wash basin washed both plants roots with straight tap water lol and used hydrogen peroxide for a hour in tank there was lots of crap buildup disgusting but the damage was done i started looking into different feeds for the following week i orderd ph pen ppm pen and a/n micro grow bloom but still used citric acid for ph down when checked 1st my ph was 7-8ph that highso used citric acid to bring it down which was a waste kept it down only for short periods invested in ph down later

Trimmed the the dying leafs and started new feeding schedule according to them charts in the pics that all you need i shouldnt have probly not pruned them but i was wounded 1st ever grow n its aflop but i had done my reasearch on gentics and breeders and review and shortsuff was highly rated so i thote no im gona c it through and im glad i did plant coming back to life but roots were badly damaged me washing them and root rot using very minimal 200ish ppm of an neuts which i used more micro and grow but bloom aswell and changed to micro and bloom with additives in bloom

Plants show good resistant and added the a/n hobbist bundle used voodoo juice only 7days at about 1/4ml per litre making sure that the total ppm of base neuts and additives dont get much over the chart in the pics but the roots just exploded wished i had bought the vodoo earlier but the they are expensive so couldn't but id say it does make it easier even tho there ph perfect never stayed at 5.7 id adjust by droping a drop of ph down straight into resoirvoir stop using citric acid it was just not worth the hassle didnt keep ph down long enough if you follow that feeding schedule should be ok with any neuts aslong as you follow chart i used the 3part but adjusted it according to that chart and used additives no more than 1ml per litre at final phases but tottal ppm didnt go over 1000ppm and thats 2 plants in the same resorvoir

Added a 20w cfl bulb not that hit any of the feelgood plant but the temp outside is cold and since i added a circulation fan i had a heat mat on to keep temp up to 20c it -2/3 outside in the room roots really grown plant looking lush but not puting any height removed scrog and had to raise hood due to other plant so i say dr feel good is getting less than the hood light and chinese side lights id say it had only 30w just my opinion please feel free to comment i will be doing feel good again with less space and no cockups next time but anyway plants healthy and width is more than the height but i think i got the feed tuned in cuz i see new groth daily Please check my othet diary as that and this are the same grow but different strains

Just couldnt keep humidity down added a moisture trap but stay around 60-70% plants gowing other plant really taking over but looking healthy and small though but giving a nice kushy smell nice.... looking good still leafs getting covered trichs using a/n nutes and at this point i think i was using b-52 and big bud n still going of the charts iv got in pics

Still high humidity and as you can see feelgood not getting much space or light from cfl or aerogarden hood but looks nice i stopped giving it neuts at day 60 and trimmed a few fan leafs covered in crystal most clear and cloudy but followed the feed by a/n calculator but my ppm chart flushed tank every 7 days and used hydrogen peroxide inbetween flush at final flush did no ph adjustmen just tap water which is 42ppm

Getting there not grown massive but put it down to the simple amateur mistakes i made and all the stress i put this plant through and maybe resoirvoir (which personally i dont think) but mainly the root rot lack of light but nevertheless the plant looks peng smells good and very resinous cant wait to chop i am very surprised it pulled through

I would highly recommend using shortstuff seedbank imagine what they would have been like without problems or more light and not grown by a novice i was feeling the high and all pain going away with each toke just gutted about the yeild cuz of my expertise lol defo got a try gona do a jedi kush maybe or 1 of the other mix seeds i have its a must try for the stealth growers
