All seeds started off in RO Water for 24 hours then onto a paper towel in a container for an additional 24 hours again RO water then into 8 litre pots filled with jiffy pro 7 (70/30 coco/perlite) One of the seeds ended up getting thrown out of the media by my daughter having climbed into the tent whilst at work not sure how long it was out for but I repotted and it still sprouted although at this stage it’s already stunted. Also had to move the fan straight onto the filter due to having a mix of 5” and 6” fittings it started drooping on the hood Humidity kept between 62 and 65% on an ink bird controller at this stage temps vary 19.6 lights off up to around 26 Watering the media approx 250ml bubbled and kept at 21oC RO morning and night missing some days depending on surface moisture trying to maintain saturation usually let it go a lot drier but after reading around most posts say to keep coco saturated.as long as theirs plenty O2 there’s no such thing as over watering right? We’ll see.

Not much to say on this week really Light lowered to 25” and will be gradually decreased over the next week or so Humidity is between 63 and 65 with the odd spike here and there nothing too drastic First feed is happening earlier then I’d of thought as plants look very lime green. Very light feedlings and will be adjusted if necessary. 250ml (bubbled RO)seams to be a good amount at this point slight drying to the surface. I’m Following various other growers advice on feed amounts more specifically a guy called Atrain on advanced nutrients (small doses of micro grow and bloom and what Id of thought was quite a high dosage of b52??(especially at seedling stage) from the go.Iv added in some Cal mag also which is different from Atrains feed although he uses a different media I also won’t be using the entire range he does and with regards to watering quantity there’s a post somewhere from another guy called aquaman. Their posts are just being used a guide and I will make changes along the way dependent on what happens. The stunted Devil cream hasn’t grown much after sprouting I’m going to continue with it for a couple of weeks to see how it gets on, if little to no change this maybe removed.

Slight changes to set up this week due to facing a couple of issues First issue calcium deficiency on a strawberry cheesecake, this is my first time using RO water and In the future cal mag will be added before seeds are planted and fed at a low dosage all the way up to their first real feeds I added a small foliage spray to try to aid recovery Second issue slight wind burn to the white widow, my fans are oversized however Iv managed to position them in such a way that circulation is fine and the plants aren’t being hit too much I also raised the light slightly due to these problems I don’t want to put any additional stress on them so will be lowered when I think they’re up to it The stunted Devil cream is still growing, all be it slowly, I’m going to continue with it just out of curiosity Watering has now been changed to 120ml feed in the morning and 120ml at night, following the guides I mentioned last week for some reason my plants seams to respond better with very small waterings more frequently as opposed to the larger 250ml less frequently and because of this I’m going to look into some form of hydro set up for the future. Maybe some form of recirculating setup? Lots to read on that for now it will be manual feeds adjusted as I go along Going into the third week feeds will be now be increased to 1ml/l for base nutrients maintaining the 2ml of b52 Ph has been adjusted through the range of 5.7-6.0 but I’m going to throw in the odd spike at around 6.3 to aid cal/mag uptake

So this week feeds were upped to 1ml per litre of base and cal/mag and still 2ml/L of b52 The stunted devil cream wasn't doing much so I decided it wasn't worth wasting nutes/time on. The strawberry cheesecake that ran into the calcium deficiency last week is now the runt of the pack but still growing not expecting much from this either but we will see what happens. My ballast failed towards the end of the week so I ended up having to use an old blurple thing I had laying around until the new ballast turned up today, back to full power And my reservoir heater died so now I'm at room temp,so it isn't low but it isn't consistent..shouldn't be too much of a problem I don't think I did quite a heavy feed to rinse out any salts half way through the week so I gave them a litre or so each until I got around 20% run off I know it wasn't necessary at this stage but it won't do any harm either Plants are being rotated daily, going to start lst soon and order a couple of new nets ready to sort the canopy out in the coming weeks

Started very early flower this week small pistols starting to show feeds upped to 1.5ml/l maintaining 2ml/l of cal mag and b52 Very low stress training on 3 of the 4 plants just to pull the branches out also tucked some of the fan leaves nothing major Plants started to grow and stretch now strawberry cheesecake is definitely the runt of the litter but the remaining 3 seam to be doing ok another change to the setup after having to change rooms around tower fan is now outside of the tent circulating air from the window around the room temps are higher then previous weeks. Room is smaller then the other so highs of 30 and average around 28 which is way more then I’d like but there isn’t much I can do. An excuse to buy an led setup?

Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures this week (not sure when the one on this week was taken)Iv been over run with things to do so just a quick update first signs of pistols so I upped the feeds to 2ml/l with all nutrients used ph at around 5.5 - 5.6 which means as it rises nutrients are uptaken through the entire range feeds were 1 litre a day humidity around 50%

I left the scrog net too late and so now I’m having to compensate by raising 3 of the plants to be able to fill the net hopefully Iv got enough room they’re starting to fill out the tent with a little smell when you open it also starting to produce resin things are looking although I’m too sure the strains are labelled correctly (possibly when my daughter was in there week one :/ guess I’ll have to wait and see Feeds the same as last week 5.5-5.6 allowing to rise a litre a night and sometimes an additional 500ml during the day to keep the soil moist Added in big bud coco at 2ml/l for the next two weeks Reservoir is back to 21 degrees due a new heater Havnt done much trimming at all removed the odd bit of lower growth but can definitely do more. Just a bit of tucking of fan leaves and organising in the net to try and keep everything even

Not much to add this week feeding 1-1.5 litres flowers coming along nicely Humidity dropped to 45 temps fluctuate between 23 lights off up to max 29 degrees Light position has stayed the same Iv been able to remove the risers from two of the 3 raised the 3rd will stay on one to the end to keep the canopy even…ish definitely should of got the net in earlier this isn’t as even or spread out as I’d like struggling a bit to spread it but it is what it is Said it before I’d definitely like to try led to see what temps are like as well as power consumption anyone used the lumatek Zeus pro 465 or even the 600 tempted by the 465 but thinking it could be slightly under power for photos in a 4x4 but then the 600w is overkill for autos…can’t win 😂

Same feed schedule as last week tomorrow will be the last feed in the reservoir as the big bud needs to come out now, I don’t like the idea of throwing nutrients but gotta be done. struggling to keep temps down hitting 30-32 degrees today way higher then I’d like it. But it’s been a lot warmer outside so not much I can do, could lower the bulb wattage I guess? No signs of any purple on the devil cream which is a bit gutting thought I’d be seeing it by now. Still time to go though so we’ll see but I’m not holding my breath

Anyone else grown devil cream and not had any purple what so ever? If it was going to change surely I’d have a slight tinge by now?

If you get true purple phenos, they start going purple right from the onset of flowering. The Devil Cream I grew had purple calyxes from day one of flowering. It should be purple and I would drop Sweet Seeds a line asking about this, but unless the seeds you got came in the breeders pack, you probably won't have much of an argument. Either way, they might be interested to hear about it in case it was a particular batch of seeds. With Devil Creams parents being Dark Devil and Black Cream, you would think purple would be a no-brainer. However, Dark Devil is a cross between a green mother and a purple father, so it could just be a throwback to recessive genes. Anyhow, colour does not affect potency and your buds will still be delicious, even though they are green! Hope this helps, Organoman.

Very Close to the end now, big bud was removed still feeding all base, cal mag and b52 but Iv added in overdrive now as well might be a week later then I wanted to be but I’ll see hopefully I’ll manage to get another two weeks using this, currently the majority of trichomes are cloudy, I have the odd amber so I could get lucky I’ll keep an eye on trichome development and either flush after two more weeks or sooner as needed

Pretty much the same as last week now, one of the strawberry cheesecakes will be starting it’s flush tomorrow and the rest have slightly more amber trichomes but not enough to justify starting theirs so keep going with the overdrive seam to be adding on a bit of extra weight so that’s interesting to see first time using it will be using it in the future except slightly earlier. Side note cut off one of the tops, flushed Religiously in the past so curious how bad/good/ different a smoke is without any flushing I know there’s a massive debate, better to try it yourself I guess

One of the strawberry cheesecake were cut down last week it’s still currently drying havnt really got much to update until I get dry weights. Wet weight of this one was around 450g few more days drying yet though. Started the dry process at between 58-63% humidity that stayed in the same range for 4 days and the last 2 days that’s been dropped to between 53 and 56% two more days then that should hopefully be weighable The remaining 3 plants had 3 days worth of additional feeds and the last 3 days they have been flushing two more days flush then onto cutting and drying for those too
