I haven't grew Auto's since my first year of growing. I see a lot of Fast_buds on here, and I finally got my hands on some!😁 Thank You! @Fast_buds Heather!🙌
I'm so excited to get that fresh weed smell of lemon going on... ahhhhhhh!😂
Let's get started...
Sanding: Since I haven't grew autos in awhile, and with all the excitement, I skipped this step.😂
Soaking: I never fully germinated with just a glass of water... I like to give them a good soak then off to either coffee filters or paper towel.
Paper Towel: I usually go for the coffee filters... not something so coarse as paper towel. Since I don't have any filters at this moment, I split the paper towel in two... takes some of the coarseness away.
Solo Cup: It's my jam!.😅
Environment: 3'x5' room with diamond-cut mylar all over, Oscillating Fan with 3 speeds, Humidifier with 2 settings. Then off to the bigger room to join the other sativa's.
Light: Viparspectra P2000, uses only 200w and equals a 500w HPS... correct me if I am wrong!😁 It also has a dimmer switch... Sweet! After a good start, Lemon AK will be moved under BP4000
Soil: Kryptonite Organic Soil... Just add water! I have to be honest... it is the only way I grew so far and I have to say it works pretty good!👍
I have the light about 24" away from them.
Temps are around 24C with the humidity around 55% which I would like a bit higher... They are under a make-shift dome, so I'm not concerned about the humidity as of yet.

The week that was...😵
So, last week I couldn't update or should say it didn't save... but that's how the week was anyways...
Even though both Lemon AK's germinated, unfortunately only one survived. I even went digging around the solo cup and to my amazement... couldn't even find it... maybe I didn't plant it there... where ever it is, hope it grows nice and big!😅
For the one that made it, she is looking good at the end of the week. I would imagine that next week I will be putting her in her forever home... unless she disappears too... then... I give up!👈

Light: enjoying the P2000 but on the transplant will be moving over to the BP4000 in the other room.
I was hoping to try and top one and compare it with it's sister, but plans do change... just not sure what to do with her, if anything at all. Maybe next will tell all.

The week after next... 😵
This week, Lemon AK started to stretch out a bit and her leaves are now touching the edges. I decided to transplant her now into her forever home... this way she still has a chance to recover from any sort of shock.👍 Not many roots, but they were definitely white! I fumbled a bit when I was transplanting her into the big pot... I thought I had her wet enough... I thought wrong!😂😅
She moved into the other grow room after the transplant... hopefully the extra light will help in case of any shock.
Temp: Around the 25C - 25C range
Humidity: Struggling to stay in the forties
Water: 500 ml on the transplant, 1L 3 days later...
Light: BP4000
Hopefully she recovers quickly since she'll probably be flowering soon...👈

So, when you shock an auto on transplant, this is what you get boys and girls... don't try this at home... only professionals perform this technique.😂🤣
Lemon AK did double in size... which isn't very much... 6 inches... but some like it that size.🤣🤣

Where to start...
Little white hats are coming along nicely. If I didn't shock Lemon AK, I would imagine all those little nodes would be growing nicely. She never grew at all.. staying at 6 inches. Maybe it will be a 6" bud!😲

I have to say that I suck bad at growing autos! I see lots of diaries on here with big beautiful autos... I grow stubs!😂 I'm still learning with photoperiods, and I do have decent outcomes... just not with autos yet!
Lemon AK didn't do anything fantastic this week. I did a little defoliation, but there wasn't much to come off. I do believe I might have used the wrong soil for Lemon AK and the Purple punch.... I usually give two runs with the organic soil with adding amendments between runs. I didn't have the soil 100% yet. I do know that 4 inches on the bottom is new soil... on the transplant, got to high I guess...😂😅 I'll water from the bottom for a bit... that should drive the roots down into the good stuff.

3rd Week of Flowering!😎
Alright, the lemon AK is hanging in there. Her leaves aren't getting any worse, which is a good sign. She's growing a ton of small leaves right tight to the smaller buds and stem... might have to try and trim some out. She might be just one big bud!😁
Lemon AK is drinking more than I expected... 3 Litres for the week. If she is recovering some, she probably drink a ton next week.👈
Maybe by next week, she'll explode into a monster plant... 😵😂

420 Week! 😎
I heard many times that growing auto-flowers was a piece of cake... LIARS!😂 It's funny this time around because the last time I grew auto's, I germinated the seed and placed it directly in its forever home. I don't know why I thought it could be different this time, but I do believe it was the transplant that's causing so many issues... and of course the soil I used. I do think even with the soil I used that if there was no transplant, things would look a lot different now... oh well... live and learn or grow and learn.👈😅
Beside all the silliness, the Lemon AK is trying to become something. Her main cola is very thick, but that's all she really has. Some of her leaves that grew out shows the signs of stress... bad stress not the good stuff. I tried to remove some of the tight leaves that are really stuck inside the main cola. I tried to lst two of her pinky arms to give a little more light... don't think it will help much, but ya never know!😀 I did adjust the height of her to get closer to the sun... lets see if that helps!
Lemon AK drank another 3 Litres this week, which is a good sign. With her being closer to the light, she should drink more in the weeks to come... hopefully!

Lemon AK Auto... She's not dying, not getting any taller, but she's certainly getting wider!😁 You can tell she's still stressing a bit... with the odd shape leaves. I think she'll make it to the end!😂
A big week on the water front... she drank a good 4 Litres of it! The water I use is from the tap/well and the pH is neutral (7)... The soil I use regulates and adjust the pH on it's own... I can't force feed them like in hydro, but it's a pretty easy setup... Just Add Water!👍
She's showing some trichomes, so I would imagine that she only has a few weeks left... I'll start checking to see if there is any amber... Yeah Baby!!!

Week 6!😀
Everyday I look at Lemon AK and I'm amazed that it keeps on fattening up... and stupid solid! 👈 She has two side arms that I tried to LST and two other smaller arms that were trying to be part of the centre bud, but I pulled them back as well... not too far back because the arms are quite stiff.
I haven't used the scope yet to see how the trichomes are progressing. Next weeks update should have some good pics.
She drank another 4 Litres of water again this week.
Overall... she's doing pretty good for a shorty!

Week 7! 😎
Not much of an update this week. Lemon AK still looks the same, but she is really getting solid!😍 I'm trying not to squeeze to much, but c'mon... she so fat!!!😂
I checked the trichomes (forgot pics), and some amber is starting to show. Next week, I'll get some good trichome pics and maybe she might be ready for harvest!
Lemon AK drank another 4 Litres of water this week... on the first watering, I added Blackstrap Molasses at a ratio of 2TBSP (30ml) to 1 gallon (4L). I'll probably start to hold back the water since it's so close to finishing... especially being this thick... don't want any bud rot now!

There was a few mistakes right from the start... Only one out two seeds germinated, started in solo cup instead of the final pot, got shocked on transplant... in return she only grew 8 inches tall... but she did grow 4 inches wide!!!
I give 8/10 mostly because only one germinated. I can't remove any stars due to my silliness!😁
Harvest Week! 😍
Well... what a week! Lemon AK Auto had enough... Mid-week she had more then enough amber to make me chop her up!👍
It didn't take long for trimming, but I did go deep in a few spots to get rid of the sugar leaves... don't want any sort of rot or mold forming while drying because she so fat!😁
She has four extra arms, two were a little smaller but everything is tighter then tight...
She has a nice fresh lemon smell... and weed too of course!😂
Since both rooms are still being used, I had to come up with a solution... and BAM!.... the brain was working... Cardboard box with an outtake sucking all the smell and moisture out back into the big grow room... Genius I say!!!😂😅
I threw in the box a wireless digital thermometer... temps between 19C-20C and the humidity is staying around 53%-55%. Pretty damn good!!!👌
I'll do an update in about 8-10 days when everything should be dry.

@Weird_Jimmy, I have a 4" 203 cfm fan in the big room. Had to come up with something in a hurry and this is where the brain went...lol. Working fairly good... keeping temps around the 19C with above 50% humidity... I was going to add a small fan, but with the suction alone, airflow seems to be good.
But I can't wait to have one of the rooms back for drying!😁
