Plant on bottom right goin ham on this scrog. I’m gonna need to start encroaching on the other plants’ territories in order for them all to stay even lol. Scrogging is fun af.
Week 4 of flower…gettin cheesy in here. Brought the nutrient strength from aggressive to medium as I started to see some tip burn. Amazing to see so many colas forming! Loving my first grow, such an addicting hobby!
Well, here we are start of week 6. The smells: amazingly cheesy and fruity, like a combination of Granny Smith apples and Parmesan. Today is the first day on late bloom from General hydroponics nutrient schedule. Expecting to start seeing a little yellowing in leaves as the nitrogen burn off begins, and the nugs should start to fatten up considerably next couple weeks. Choo choo the cheers train is coming in hot! T-3 weeks to go till harvest! I almost feel bad t the idea of killing my plants to harvest them as they have been such strong healthy girls lol.
Week 7 of flower, buds are continuing to fatten up. Leaf senescence is taking place on the largest pheno. Gonna go to light feeding schedule as I want the others to also have some leaf senescence beginning this week. Smells increasingly strong, carbon filter runs every couple minutes for a few seconds to filter the air. Little under 3 weeks till harvest, booyah!
So I only have 1.5 weeks until I harvest my girls. Ripening until 5 days before harvest then I will flush with 1/8th tsp of yucca powder p/gal. Senescence is taking place all over, but especially on the largest phenotype. Thinking of harvesting the most senesced one first and let the others go a few more days, we shall see! This is my first time growing, and damn I feel so lucky to have gotten this far! This is gonna be something I will do for the rest of my life Jah willing!
2 days before chop. Cheese cookies was lovely to grow, resilient and vigorous whole way through. They smell like apples, cheese, fuel, earthiness, and some garlic notes. Can’t wait to cure these girls up and roll em up. I will post harvest and results soon! Wow what can I say, this strain was a pleasure to grow. She was the perfect performer for my beginner green thumb, and she gave me some of the bed bud I’ve ever smoked. Vigorous plant, loves a hearty diet and grew some super dense, sticky and smelly buds.
As the weed cures, it smells more and more strongly of cheese, though in the beginning the Vicks vapor rub smell was the strongest. Now it tastes a bit garlicky, cheesy and minty, with that dank Vicks vapor rub background. This is gonna be a good summer with this stuff in the jar. Cheese Cookies is the FIREEEEEEE: 1:
