The smell really started to hit this week. The buds are fattening up nicely. I found some signs of herm, only in one spot out of 5 plants. I plucked them off and did minor defoliation to open up some of the lower bud sites. All in all I’m impressed with the speed at which this plant grows and the weight it’s putting on.
Im increasing water/ feeding to 36 oz per plant each day. Im finding they are really soaking up the water. Spring temps are also on the rise.
Pictures are through out the last week and the bud size 😵💫
Fattening up. Smelling super fruity and swinging. Added support to the bigger branches.
Over the past 3 weeks the flowers have just fattened up and keep getting bigger!
These bad boys are cranking and getting close. Monitoring trichs and signs to harvest. All 5 seem to be close but will definitely finish up at different times.
Took them out for some fresh air. Last pic shows you the variation. I’m estimating maybe 550-650 grams of dry.
Did some light defoliation and added support spaced colas evenly.
Still trucking along. 2 plants feel very close while there 3 other monsters are 3-4 weeks out? Eyeballing trics with loupe, still clear and there are just way too many white hairs.
Wow. What a week. Major fade. Major tric production.
I feel like I may chop everything on day 90 except for the bigger plants which feel like they will need more time! The nugs are gigantic Trics are still clear with major white hairs at 90-95% of these big bitches who may produced 150-200 grams per plant.
The aroma is subtle. Yet sweet. Hints of Watermelon.
The nugs are dense and 3/5 have fox-tailed adding major size and unique structure. I’ve maintained near perfect conditions the entire run. I think the foxtails may be one of the characteristics of the bigger producing phenos.
Looking good bro. I'd like to get my hands on some Mephistos. Maybe next grow.
How did your girls take into transplanting? It looks like you started them in nursery pots. I'm assuming they are autos.
Good luck with the rest of your grow!
Your plants are looking beastly. I just finished my own 3 Bears OG x Mango Smile and got 9.0 oz dry weight and it smells fantastic. Buy some extra jars you are going to need them. Great job!!
@renbuds, 24.4 oz. Dry total on 5 plants! The hodgepodge of jars is incredible! Over 1lb in quality herb. Best grow to date and a lovely strain. Double grape when the heat wave ends! 🌊🌊🌊
