Decided to run some Mephisto freebies!
Haven’t seen many people do a diary on the Creme de la Chem x Forum Stomper by Mephisto Genetics.
7/7 seeds germinated which I’m happy about, this diary will follow the five plants that germinated first. I plan on putting in a Scrog net early on.
The other two plants will stay in my mother box as a side project.
All the girls appear healthy, switched the light cycle to12/12 for no other reason than to try save a bit on power consumption.
Happy with how everything looks.
Until next week 🌱✌️
Two days into the fourth week I decided to top three of the plants, non of the girls have started showing signs of sex yet which spurred me on.
I lowered in my scrog net to eventually open everything up and moved the girls over to one side of the tent.
Growth has been slow as expected, but after a couple of days the three that were topped started showing signs of lower branch growth.
I plan on using the other side of the tent to grow out some clones I’ve taken from seeds I won back in 2020 from the Seedsman Big Christmas Giveaway.
Running two strains RudeBoi OG & Alien Rock Candy. I will start a diary of this in the coming weeks.
Happy growing & until next time 🌱✌️
Suffering with covid at the moment 😷
Sorry I’m day late uploading and the lack of content. All the girls have started their stretch, they’re all showing signs of pre flower.
Everyday I go in and tuck any new growth to keep a nice even canopy, il do this until the stretch starts slowing down.
It might sound a bit silly, but I’m glad it’s me getting sick for once and not the plants, they all luck lush and healthy 🌱
Happy growing guy and girls, see you next week 🌱👌
Covid hit me hard! Two weeks of feeling like death, but somehow I still managed to get up and water the girls.
They are all still stretching and I’m having to keep tucking branches daily, as you’ll see from the pictures I was careless when tucking the main stem of one of the girls, pushed her too far without first giving her a little bend 🤦♂️ She fully snapped, was hanging on by the barest of threads! In my anxiety induced panic I grabbed my first aid bag 🤦♂️ (Which is poorly stocked) and grabbed a plaster. Five days on and she’s not dead, appears to be thriving still. It’s slightly annoying that my canopy won’t be as even with her poking up, but can’t risk bending her again.
All in all was a good week, plenty of growth 🌱🌱🌱 looking forward to the flowering faze 🙃
Happy growing Ladies and Gents, see you next week.
Been some fair growth, still appear to be stretching.
Nice amount of bud sites have formed and even some early frost.
All in all was an uneventful week, but that’s never a bad thing.
Until next week 🌱✌️
Starting to smell in the tent now!
I had two other plants from the same batch of seeds, I had to move one into this tent to free up some space, it was a 1 litre pot experiment. It’s now sitting in the corner, looks to be thriving.
I plucked a few leaves at the start of the week to open up some of the lower bud sites. I stripped most of the small branches and foliage from below the net.
Started noticing some slight leaf curl, dark leaves, assumed it was probably a build up of nutrients in the coco so I gave them plain PH’d water, I’ll repeat this next feed, then start back on with the flowering nutrients.
It’s been a Hot week! Temps have fluctuated into the low 30’s, managed to hold RH at around 48.
As you will see from some of the photos (not the best due to the light)
The bud’s themselves look to be shaping up nice and I’m pleasantly surprised with how frosty they all appear.
Hoping this flush resolves any future problems, but happy with the weeks growth.
Until next time and happy growing 🌱💚
Here we are again, another week down and about half way through flowering.!
Continued to feed them PH’d water throughout the week. Some smaller leafs still appear to be clawing and are fairly dark, but again the darkness could be a genetic trait from the CDLC 🤷♂️, either way it’s not hurt them having a few flush feeds.
As of Tuesday 26th April they’ll start to receive 1.5ml/ltr of PK13/14, il give them this for two weeks depending on how they take to it.
Every time I have a look in the tent the girls appear to shine brighter, more frost appears daily can only wonder as to what these ladies will look like when they’re done 👀💎
Until next week, Happy growing 🌱💚
All the girls appear to be responding well to the PK13/14. They will receive this for another week maybe two depending on how they look.
Not many weeks left now, reckon I’ll give them another three weeks, with one weeks flush.
Overall I’ve really enjoyed this grow so far, Hope this diary has been useful to the persons reading this ✌️
Until next week, happy growing 🌱💚
Been another hot week in the tent, most days the tent has peaked at around 32 degrees centigrade which is a bit hot and I’ve started to notice some slight foxtailing (could be genetics) could be due to the high heat.
The girls appeared to have fattened up a lot since they started to receive the PK13/14. To look at them, in my opinion, it doesn’t appear like they will be the biggest yielding plants, but the quality of trichome production has been superb.
Will start flushing on there next watering day.
These plants are either the smelliest plants I’ve ever grown or I need a new carbon filter.
Happy growing and until next time 🌱💚
Honestly, it’s been ridiculously hot in the tent over the last few days. Checked to see what the highest temp of the day was when I got home last night and it peaked at 35.8 Celsius, in my opinion this is why I think they’ve started foxtailing. It’s not great and I honestly believe the buds would have been far denser if the environment could have been dialled in correctly, but on the other hand, it’s still extremely frosty and it all gets smoked in the end so I’m happy with the genetics and I’d happily grow these girls again.
These girls will probably be harvested in 2-3 days, hope this has diary has been helpful and happy growing 🌱💚
After a day of smoking only this, I’d say it’s proper night time stuff. It hits hard and fast behind the eyes and I get that warm flushed feeling to my face.
They weren’t the highest yielding plants, but the quality is definitely on point.
Being Mephisto Freebies there’s not a lot of info on how these particular seeds grow. I found them low maintenance, they weren’t the thirstiest girls I’ve grown and I found quite late on they didn’t like high temperatures, caused over half of them to foxtail. That being said the trichome production was there from week 2 of flower and by the time I cut them down they were some of the greasiest plants I’ve grown to date!
I left a decent amount of the sugar leaves on while trimming with the hopes it will slow the drying process by a few extra days, between 7-10 days hanging, then into jars with humidity packs to cure.
It’s been a fun grow and an exciting introduction into the Mephisto brand, over the last year I’ve managed to purchase a few different strains on there Monday drops so il definitely be running some more in the future.
Hope this diary has been helpful ✌️
Il upload the dry weight before I put it all into jars.
They are some frosty ass bitches you got bro, just be careful next time you open the tent encase a polar 🐻❄️ jumps out the amount of frost going on 🤣🤣🤣
