I feel like my grow is considerably behind schedule. Do you agree? If so, any ideas what caused such slow growth in the begging?

Don't worry, that happens every now and then with autoflowers. Partly due to genetics and chance. I have two different cars in the grow room, which grow at totally different times under the same conditions. Maybe your lady didn't like the LST that much, but as long as she keeps growing and the leaves look this good, you don't have to worry about her. Then it just takes 2 weeks longer than usual. Oh by the way, please leave out Power Bloom, you won't need it until the 3rd week of flowering at the earliest.

Some of the growth on my girl seems to be slightly yellow. Should I worry, keep an eye on it, or make an immediate change?

No, this is exactly how cannabis is supposed to grow, your plant is fine.. The paler parts closer to the centre of the new growth is where the chlorophyll is still forming, this is why it is slightly less green than the older, ends of the leaves which have been in the light longer.

I'm very happy with the growth that I've been seeing this past week. I was pretty aggressive with LST because there appeared to be pretty strong apical dominance. I've adjusted the humidity down a bit and lowered the light. I also purchased a moisture meter and have discovered that the bottom of the pot is retaining moisture between waterings. I'm going to pay closer attention to this and may adjust down my watering volume. I feel like I'm still behind with this plant, but she seems to be growing healthy. Next week should hopefully show some aggressive growth.
